Very good service and very well prepared staff who are always ready to give advice and pay attention to the client. Special thanks to Michael, who helped me to assemble a rack for my car's wheels outside of office hours. He was so good at taking more than half an hour to help and explain how the trunk was assembled and he was smiling the whole time. It certainly deserves a promotion! And luggage racks - better and more detailed instructions for use.

The cashier behaves arrogantly after the remark that the purchased sports jersey must be folded and placed in an envelope together with the receipt.
The goods I bought were thrown through the cash register without being packed. Don't shop at this store, as its employees are clearly not trained to treat their customers well, who pay their salaries. This happened in Decathlon Vitosha on September 6, 2020, box office 5, SMA cashier.

Convenient store for sportswear and equipment. Huge parking, easy access with its own local from the ring road. There is a large selection of sporting goods of acceptable quality for the low prices in the store. Good choice for wide, mass use :)

I'm not impressed! There's not enough staff and most of the time you need to search too long for someone that cloud help you. Prices are bit overpriced...

A lot of pros, but one huge con, "product price tagging needs a revolution in this store" :) , in some shelves it is so hard to understand which product costs actually what price, store offers really good quality products, price may sound high a bit for some products but so the quality, some staff are not customer friendly, witnessed it a few times.

Very good store, something for everyone. There are many interesting things, they have good discounts, the replacement or return of a product is very fast. Correct !!! I like that there are appliances you can try or let your child ride a scooter in the store, or be on a treadmill, or have fun with something else while shopping.

Today I was trying to buy sandals
in Decatlon Vitosha in Sofia. It was checked on the web-site that they were in stock. But when I got to the shop I was told that any sandals will be in stock only in 4-5 days. I was very upset since I spent lots of my efforts and time to get to this shop during this hard time.
Why do you make business in a such improper way? I really used to like your shop, it was one of my favorite ones in Sofia....

A very good place to buy sport equipment. The downside is that they are letting teenagers to ride mini scooters inside - so chances of collisions are pretty high.

ok prices, some products are low quality for the price, some are good deals. Sometimes difficult to park. Staff is not the best but good enough :) they will help you.

Shop for sports goods, mainly own brands. There is not much of an assortment.

Our whole family loves Decathlon. Spacious, comfortable, accessible. Their goods range from very cheap to more expensive. Anyone who wants to do sports can find the right things. The products are very high quality and have a two-year guarantee. Last but not least, great to visit with children. Trousers, wheels, balls, appliances are available.

Lost ticket BGN 20, if you don't have money and you spent BGN 220 there, you can't leave ...
