The website says they have a product in stock, in place they don't want to show it as the personnel don't wanna search for it in the warehouse. This happens for a second time and they advice me to buy online instead. Terrible service

Favorite shop of the whole family. Quality goods at very good prices. The staff is responsive and friendly. We had to replace a defective wheel, we returned the problem goods without any problems and they gave us a new one.

I am very disappointed with my last visit. The store was almost empty, only the large sizes of many of the clothes remained. Service - zero. You are looking for a sales consultant for 15 minutes and when you find one, it barely directs you to what you are looking for. There was a 5m queue, working two crates, one of which at peak hour .. training a new worker (I don't mind training, but be in due time). Otherwise prices are affordable and there are goods (when loaded) for quite a variety of sports. Parking is large. Yes, if we compare it with chains abroad, ours is smaller. The situation was better ahead of time.

It was quite busy. The queue for the return of goods was just outside the entrance and people were interfering with each other. Otherwise, the store is large, with enough crates to accommodate the holiday load. Decatlon is my favorite sporting goods store otherwise. Quality stuff at decent prices
