I really like my 2012 JK but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after I was told the battery was not under warranty because my JK is over 36k on the milage (barely over ) so I started to plead my case saying the battery should last longer than 23 months milage should not have any issue with it and it was also pointed out that my extended warranty does not cover it - what a waste of money. The service mgr did call me and once again I told him how unhappy I was about the whole ordeal and not until I was very ticked off did he even offer to replace the battery but by this time I had already ordered another battery and it was being delivered to me at my office today so can install it when ilater this evening. I have bought several vehicles from BlueBonnet going back to when it was still Bock Ford (1983 ) and I may not return . it seems customer service values do not matter anymore its all about the bottom line.
