The welcome at reception was lukewarm at best. This set the tone for the rest of the experience at the hotel.

Rooms were too difficult to find. There were so many lost people wandering around the halls that it was almost comical. If you can't change the layout of the hotel, at least have enough porters or bellhops to escort people (and their luggage) to their rooms. When we checked-in the explanation of how to get to our room was very rushed. The elevator was difficult to find and the signage for rooms was just more confusing. I can imagine for some of the older patrons of the hotel that this would be a really distressing situation (one older woman seemed very distressed that she couldn't find reception).

There was mold in the bathroom and the bath/shower combo (again, very outdated) leaked and flooded the floor, so every time we went into the bathroom we had to walk over soaked towels.

We got 20 minutes of free WIFI. It's 2018.

Late check-in (3 pm) and early check-out (10 am) make you really question value for money.

On the plus side (hence the 1 star): The view and the location were nice. We were able to check out an hour late.

Blocked drains, they don t care. I asked for another room because of the smell + my wife is pregnant and claustrophobic.
They gave us a basement room again, smells like weed.
This is not 4 stars, this is below 2. Avoid them!
