A chic department store with high-quality products. It is usually busy there. The staff is service oriented and friendly. The shopping paths are spacious. The department store is beautiful, both inside and out. The restaurant has delicious lunch and coffee.

A very clean and tidy place. Everything seems to have an average price and nothing too overpriced. Staff members speaks Dutch and English here.
Free toilets at the top floor.

De Bijenkorf is a department store in the top segment of the market. Lots of small boutiques selling top brands (Gucci; Prada and so on). So nice, for people with a well-filled wallet and a desire to buy. The department store looks beautiful, with a diverse and therefore special clothing collection. Furthermore, all kinds of other articles that you can find in the 'better department store'.
Toilets on the top floor are free.
Many Chinese and Russian customers present. Messages are broadcast in Russian and Chinese, among other things. You can't eat on the 5th floor either; you can eat better for less money just steps away. View is worth it.

Just what you would expect at de Bijenkorf. Quality clothes for high prices

Product ordered that was not in order due to a factory error. That can happen of course. Just called customer service and explained this. Then she asked to take pictures of this and e-mail this. This is because I wanted to receive a different one and did not want to credit and order a new one because otherwise I will have to pay postage again. This was ultimately not possible after several emails. I have to send it back and then order a new one with the extra cost. I think this is a shame and after returning it I now order it from AMAZON. What a hassle.

It's better organized after the redecoration for sure. It's clean and easy to walk around. But staffs' service level, especially on the cosmetic ground floor, is tricky. For example the ones working in MAC is always arrogant and too busy. One lady working in Dior doesn't even have the basic skill set for applying make up.

Nice area, great shops

Chique warenhuis met een uitgebreide selectie van winkels en merken allerhande. Niet zo goedkoop, maar wel vriendelijke verkopers. Veel toeristen.

De Bijenkorf. Voorheen een Nederlands warenhuis. Tegenwoordig een gespecialiseerd warenhuis voor top merken. Kleding, tassen, schoenen, sportkleding, parfumerie enz. Per productklasse de beste merken. Het assortiment is minder breed dan voorheen, wel dieper en meer gesocialiseerd in de topklasse. Bijna zoals Lafayette. Klanten zijn niet meer de betere top inkomens, nee de betere Chinees, Rus of andere internationale top.
Restaurant op de 5e is prima (maar genoeg alternatieven in de buurt).
Dakterras is aardig. Toilet is gratis en top verzorgd.

Nice old shop with many famous brands, which we noticed that each brand had its own store and that also a nice experience.

The Bijenkorf is always a party. But when you go, both the car and the bicycle must be parked underground. Your bicycle may no longer stand above the ground. The bicycle garage is well organized.

Wonderful business, my grandmother was once still a saleswoman here. But that is way back in the last century ..

All under one roof. And cozy setting for something to eat.

Little too much for ordinary citizens from which the Netherlands still exists for the most part, but it remains a beautiful store.

A place for upscale shopping for a traveler like me! Have lunch upstairs... It's really tasty!

Jammer, de mooie tijdschriften zijn weg, plaats gemaakt voor het assortiment van een gemiddelde sigarenboer. Mijn advies, gooi die Linda's, Jan's enz eruit en maak weer plaats voor de View enz.

Always nice to walk through the beehive. The office department is especially nice, although small.

Brands mainly. The place itself is amazing, especially the dining floor which is the last floor. There are open kitchens with a wide variety of food.

Niet meer de bijenkorf van vroegah....
Prada.. Vutton.. etc bij binnenkomst.
Geen koffiehoek meer in de hoek. Nee..het is niet meer "mijn" bijenkorf.
Buiten met de mooi verlichte gevels is t meer de bijenkorf dan binnen.

Ik vond het vroeger leuk winkelen bij de Bijenkorf.
Het is nog steeds een leuke winkel maar ik kom er niet meer zo graag. Waarom?
Als de Bijenkorf tegenwoordig iets niet heeft (wat toch vaak voorkomt) dan kunnen ze het voor je bestellen en mag je het ophalen bij de klantenservice.
Bij de klantenservice helpen ze je tegenwoordig alleen als je eerst op een computer je naam intoetst. Zelfs als er verder niemand voor jou is moet je je naam intoetsen.
Het personeel vertikt het om je te helpen als je je naam niet intoetst.
Als je aan de beurt bent dan verschijnt heel groot je naam op het scherm en dat blijft daar staan totdat iemand anders aan de beurt is.
Ik ervaar dat als een inbreuk op mijn privacy.
Op basis van je uiterlijk en je naam kan iedereen je vinden op internet, op LinkedIn bijv.

Located in centre of town and for big spenders. Lovely huge mall.
