Product ordered that was not in order due to a factory error. That can happen of course. Just called customer service and explained this. Then she asked to take pictures of this and e-mail this. This is because I wanted to receive a different one and did not want to credit and order a new one because otherwise I will have to pay postage again. This was ultimately not possible after several emails. I have to send it back and then order a new one with the extra cost. I think this is a shame and after returning it I now order it from AMAZON. What a hassle.
