This company uses photos of other stylists work to get people in, then they use horrible hair and rush you out. If you want hair that does not match your hair at all (despite your pleas that it will not look right) then rush you out with wet hair.. come here.

Not to mention the hair had STRING throughout it, the extensions were placed in places where you could see them, and the hair was so damaged and broken it was unmanageable.

And now they refuse to refund. Horrible company.

I was very skeptical to go ahead and get hair extensions from this salon due to the reviews. However I was tired of spending 1500 at the salons here in Austin. So, why not? The hair quality is okay. Probably Amazon hair. If you're worried about the reviews hopefully this helps. I paid for 4 bags of hair they put a bag in a half. These people are scam artist I ve called the police department and they now have an on going investigation on this salon. I wasn t surprised to know others have reported them as well. I went in because of there good deal! Paid upfront for the hair then a couple days later I tried to message them they blocked me on Facebook. I had to text them and confront them on someone else phone. Then they proceeded to tell me to come in. I knew they were super thin and that wasn t normal so I had a salon take them out for me and I only had 30 pieces or sandwiches when I should ve have 80 sandwiches.

My friend traveled for hair extensions, questioned the ones that were chosen for her the entire time, and they were installed anyway. They were super dry/poor quality and did not remotely match the texture of her natural hair. They looked awful, and when the business was confronted about it, they refused refund and proceeded to block her. Very unprofessional.
