Iron Horse Security Group Review

Hired Iron Horse Security for a construction job site. The guard was punctual and professional. Ended up hiring these guys again for a couple of other job sites. Five star!

I was stuck few times due to transportation and could not get home and their Mobile team gave me a ride. I have used Iron Horse Security in our commercial real estate portfolio across Canada for the past 5 years. They service 22 of our buildings providing access control and concierge type guard services. We have previously tried all of the big players in the security industry and NONE have cared or provided a similar level of customer service. Not the best security company to work for. They mostly have construction sites and always make mistakes on your paycheck.

I'm sorry, but this was not an isolated experience. It happened to me multiple times a year every single year I worked for Iron Horse. I complained everytime, but nothing was ever done. What infuriated me the most was that I was penalized every time for your mistake by having to wait another two weeks to get paid. Once I was even paid a month later because I still wasn't paid after the two weeks even after I contacted you. So it's really not an isolated experience.

Great company to work for. I was hired a few months ago in Toronto Branch and for family reason I had to move to Ottawa and their managers are so flexible and arranged my transfer as well provided me a condo site. Thank you guys

I joined Iron Horse three months ago and I was working at many different sites for the first two months and recently got a post at one of their government site in downtown. So far good experience and their Mobile Supervisors are friendly and approachable. Great work
