I have lived at several communities and have dealt with a lot of people. Reviews are very important and tells a lot about the character of a person. When I see professionals writing nasty reviews, these are not professionals you should be dealing with. Professionals are educated enough to become great communicators and work out indifferences. This tells me these people have room to grow and grow up. I see some reviews where fingers are pointed, I bypass those as well. I was always taught to be take responsibility for your part as well. There are some great reviews and these could be suspicious too. I read through the lines of all reviews. I have dealt with bullying and trust it is real as an adult too. Most of these reviews are targeted to prove a point that the individual was not strong enough or could not communicate well enough to get there point made. Neither here nor there. I have had a great experience with my community. I have ready a couple of reviews from my community and have personally found some to be false. Again, targets and bullies. I am at a senior community and old enough to know wicked when I read it. If you communicate better you will get better.

I have been a tenant at the same property for 10 years. I have been blessed in the past with property management that did it right. I know the difference between good management and bad management. Dayrise is quick to raise your rent. They will not negotiate. When you need the property repaired they are very slow to do so and then they hire cheap labor and they do a poor job. Their property Manger decides what they will repair and how slowly they will do it. They are quick to take away amenities. I think their office staff cares but the only conclusion I can draw is that Dayrise corporate is either running out of money or they don t care about protecting and maintaining the properties that they are responsible for.
If you have a maintenance problem that is an emergency ie., water coming into your unit from another unit or from outside your unit, or your A/C unit is broken... you are directed to a call center that answers the phone, they take your information, apologize for the inconvenience (by the way they love that word) and say that they will notify a maintenance man. No one shows up. So you leave messages daily and you may or may not get a return call.
They do not know how to care for the tenants. Don t rent from any Dayrise community. I had signed a new lease and thought I could wait for someone else to buy the property that cared. I can t afford to break my lease, pay for the damage that their negligence has caused or afford to move during these difficult times.
Stay away from Dayrise Property Management they will take your money but they will not earn it.

I ve been a resident at Legacy Ridge since 2012 & when I first moved here I loved it! The area of convenience I still love...to the interstate...stores & malls! The first maintenance staff and even the second crew was efficient...speedy in their response to any work orders I would place! The beginning of 2021 Dayrise Residential became the new property manager & I ve read quite a few reviews from residents at other properties & I can truly understand the frustration when it comes to having maintenance issues addressed in a timely manner! This Thursday May 13th will be two weeks that I ve been waiting on maintenance to come fix my toilet! A maintenance staff came last Thursday saw what the problem was & said he ll be back Friday...it s now Monday & I m still waiting! This is absolutely unsatisfactory! I emailed the assistant manager expressing my concern & frustration & I m sure you can guess I ve gotten no response or even acknowledgement to the email or my issue! I pay my rent on time...I m not a noisy neighbor & I ve only had one issue with a former neighbor that lived above me...because they were very inconsiderate people! If I know that I have neighbors under me they wouldn t even know I m home unless I m vacuuming or cooking...where I may occasionally drop a pot or pan...because I don t walk hard or keep up a lot of noise! I just find it so aggravating when I pay rent on time each month I should be able to receive the service I need....because it s my money that s keeping them employed...leasing staff included! Before this company took over I read the reviews & they were not all complimentary! It s sad to think there s no care or concern about the people as a community they re supposed to represent!

Day rise does the best they can to make sure residents are comfortable when you call them. The leasing behind closed doors are Phenomenon. How every batch has that one rotten berry, that if nurtured and coached can become a full berry. But if that berry remains rotten, yall must throw it out. Because it will ruin a bunch more.

I started working for Dayrise earlier this as an assistant manager and it has been a complete pleasure working for this company. They value and respect their employees time and efforts. My regional manager Shana is awesome and communicates well with her team. My manager Jonathan always goes over and beyond for his staff and residents.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I use to love where I stayed. But, when i tell you i have exhausted all resources and no one has tried to help me its very sad to be treated this way. Since the winter storm my apartment has undergone major damages. My apartment flooded twice due to my apartment flooding twice I started to experience an extreme amount to mold nearly 70% of my apartment walls had to be demolished including the ceiling in my utility closet. The walls were removed and never replaced until i addressed them. The carpet that created mold is still in my place and I'm expected to still breath and live in those conditions. In addition to that I have not been able to stay in my apartment for nearly two months now. I also have mold growing in the linen closet next to my kitchen which I have explained to the apartments and management. And as a result, my hardwoods are not leveled to the wall anymore exposing the floors underneath I have carpet in my bedroom that has no padding underneath. Yet, I am expected to still pay the full amount of my rent I have never had an issue with paying my rent but, no one has tried to be understanding to help me. I have contacted property staff leasing management I've had assistant managers reach out to me I've contacted the regional director and I also contacted the corporate office. My apartment smells terrible it's simply not livable the hot water has no pressure. But when I failed to pay my rent I got a notice to vacate but I haven t even been able to stay there. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ABIDING BY THE TERMS OF MY LEASE. I have always paid my rent on time and made sure that I had insurance. I keep up with my property and they have never had complaints out of me I'm a very good tenant and it shows on paperwork. So why can't I get that same understanding in return I don't cause problems why am I being treated as if I caused the damages to my apartment I've literally been homeless for two months and I'm expected to stay in a moldy apartment and pay full rent all I'm asking for is what's fair I'm not asking for a handout but no one has tried to help me not a single soul but when it comes to needing my money then I get her somebody reaching out . But no one has tried to ask or think about why I haven't I've contacted everybody that I possibly can and no one has helped me my entire apartment is sitting in my living room .

They get to know you. Your not just a name or number. Very involved and offer training at your convenience. Dayrise acknowledges your performance and support system is practiced not just talked about.

If I could give Dayrise a 10 star I would! I have worked for a few companies during my 10 years in the industry and when I say this is the best caring company you can work for I mean it. Not only do I have the best regional in town I have the best VP, owners, partners, colleagues and boy the list goes on. Day rise has such a great support system and so many resources available to you. I'm glad I found a company that I look forward to retiring with. :)

I m convinced the corporate office doesn t care about me. Only the bottom line.

You should care about your customers or at least act like it.

On a side note the ladies in the actual Summergate office are quite lovey.
