This company is complete garbage! Support is awful, games crap, its all early access garbage that can't get finished. Got banned for a disputing a double charge through my Steam wallet.
Phone is always busy. Cancelled my subscription and they still charged me. Not having to get my credit card company involved because they don't pick up the phone as it's always busy.
Garbage in, garbage out game studio that's really just here to milk the same microtransaction "free-to-play" model of games you'll find on your phone. Money is linked to performance and progression in games like DCUO and bugs and gameplay issues are left to linger for years. They've stripped down staff to bare minimum. Community management team is awful. As long as Ted Stone and Jens Anderson are in the shop, things will not improve. Both are responsible for breeding a toxic atmosphere in their player community with little real reguard for their game or their players.
10 years of paying for your free to play game. then, i get all my accounts banned due to me cancelling my automatic account payments through your system. now i cant even get a ticket started due to not having an account. seems like i will take the hint and log out of daybreak games, forever.

One of the Worst Gaming Studios out there. They constantly seek to suck money from their players without fixing the games they want you to keep blowing money on. Never buy a game from this company you will only be disappointed
Played EQ for 17 years, they ban me without reason. Right after I re-subbed. Thieves is an accurate description.
Great game company providing legitimate work for pre and post hackers. Awesome working atmosphere and positive impact to community. Load of freebies to score. Diverse, but for some reason, the couple female gals working are liberal with body hair. Good neighbors around (Costco and hospital) along with ample parking with lots of vacant spots.

I wanted to recover my Everquest account but did not have the correct password. I tried to reset the password from the email connected with my account but it would not accept my secret answer, so I tried contacting customer support. I had to make a second account just to contact anyone, even though they have an option for account recovery you are still required to log in the account?!?!? They then asked me for an old cc number connected to the account from 4 years ago, when i didn't even play four years ago, and refused to help me because I did not have this credit card info from a time someone else must have hacked my account. I tried to explain to them that using old cc #s to verify an account made no sense because I A. had not played at the time so it would not have been my info and B. Credit card numbers change in the event cards are lost or stolen so even if I had played my number would be different now and I would not have held onto the old number .. just in case.. someone needed it 4 years in the future. No other game company has asked for old cc info to verify my account, and it is baffling why they would, considering how often cc # change, or how many some people have. The customer support for this company is ridiculous.
Unable to contact after being charged 17 times for an expansion. I have been loyal for 12 years of playing and have a membership. NO ONE TO REACH TO FIX THIS ISSUE. MY MONEY IS GONE! FIX IT!
Worst company EVER. They refuse to support their products. Their customer service is even worse than most ISPs. They also have corrupt staff when it comes to policing the games who will always side with their "friends" and refuse to help anyone in opposing factions. GM "Justin" Woebot should be fired along with the rest of the entire customer service staff. They don't know the first thing about providing good customer service and Woebot has been proven multiple times to be a corrupt piece of trash.
Worst Company ever Created, they have Zero Customer service, they don't care about their Gamer community. If they make a mistake and charge you multiple times. They don't care about fixing it. They don't try to do their jobs. And they leave the office with many tasks unfinished. If your smart you will not work for this company or associate any of your games with this company. As they will back Stab you and just delete you for all they care. And their customers service manager Scott Dale needs to be Fired for not doing his job. They are THIEVES AND WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
These people are crooks, all of them that works for the company. They have stolen money from me, I want everybody to know this. I'm currently with an attorney trying to resolve this issue.

I can t get in contact with customer support. Every time I click verify email it does nothing. My account membership got lowered and i d like to know why. I was a all access member a few years back, started playing a few days ago and I had silver access (from having a all access Membership) logged in today and I have no silver benefits... I was gonna start playing again(I have a few characters) but why would I even think of paying for something that doesn t even work now. #daybroken
A bunch of incompetent retards managing and destroying what was once a beautiful Planetside 2 game.
Please, do not complain about your in-game purchases especially when it comes to the dubious and dishonest "loot boxes" aka Implant Packs. The company will automatically ban your account, even if it's a paid-in-full account for a long period subscription. I invested well over $1,000.00 in the game and did not mind doing so to help the developers and people who make mods. I was not given a warning that my account would be banned. No effort was ever made to correct this. The company that committed consumer fraud is making it look I cheated them and that I defrauded them. Unbelievable. Never again. They lost a customer and one who actually helped finance their survival. Unbelievable.
So I went to the Daybreak Game company looking to buy some daybreak books for my fat kid, he's really fat and dumb and he's not allowed inside most places, so I thought I'd go get him some books he'd like.
HOWEVER.
The moment I gave them to my poor fat stupid child I realized that Daybreak Games had glued the books to my body.
Why?
Why would you sell warrior tomes in freeport and make them no trade?

The daybreak game company shut down PS3 support the whole crossplay with ps4 was a ruse the made a bad excuse saying the PS3 and PS4 was a slow down so they're forcing others to buy a PS4 by saying consider doing so now news flash daybreak you can't force your fans to buy a PS4 your nothing but greedy employee who use others for money
Everquest is still going strong after all these years! I wish we could have seen EQ Next, but EQ and EQ2 are still providing plenty of enjoyment for a lot of people! Keep up the good work, Daybreak!
I played Everquest from 2001 to 2005. I resubscribed and was very very disappointed to see how EQ had turned into a pay to win game. I hate cosmetic cash shops bad enough but Day Break takes it to an entirely different level. I would pay a $50/month subscription just to have Everquest the way it used to be. No microtransactions whatsoever.
This is the greatest place I have EVER worked. By far. Not even a contest.
Wonderful folks in the EQ design department. But, overall, terrible place to work. If you thought their customer service was bad, try dealing with the upper management.
Absolutely deplorable. My national bank can't even get a hold of this company for illegal debit cards charges. Should be a ZERO star.
