You will not receive a positive review from me. Nowadays, ZVH has decided to turn it into paid parking at the Amberhout. Ridiculous, but up to that point. 16.50 euros per month is 200 p.y. But okay so far. And of course the free sectors and paid housing get priority and the rest have to park their car somewhere else ... Oh no, not! Because there it is also paid parking ... So I cannot park my car anywhere in the neighborhood without it becoming an asset per day. Did you call and say I can park the car when those gates are down. Fences are all up and there is not a single car and yet I cannot put mine there. So now I have to put it somewhere where the paid parking is. Are you going to pay my fines? I am happy to send them to you and demand a declaration!

What an embarrassment that HD and how annoying to see your sister so disappointed. She was already busy buying things when she was promised a home. After she had already - and also AL - sent her details, she was informed that the rental price was higher than the previously agreed price. Nice and professional HD and above all nice and numb too! Now let's see what we can do to get the data out of this desolate lot and secure it. Where this organization can therefore NOT be trusted!

HD has no problem walking into your house without ...
HD has no problem walking into your house without an appointment.
If you live in a house with several rooms, they just give a stranger the key to take a look.
And if they just want to check the meter readings, they just give the key away.
Ironically, when you call that you have lost a key and cannot get in. Indicates HD that they have no other keys.
That's how HD is ...

In response to the final rental price of a free sector home that ZVH communicated, we have sent all our data (they require a lot of privacy-sensitive data). Then they promised by phone that we could assume that the house was for us. There was even talk of an appointment for the keys and the contract. A day later she casually states that the rent is getting a lot higher. As a result, renting the house was canceled, a serious disappointment, but ZVH does not care at all!
