I went in after having a bad experience with other dealerships hoping it would be better. I told the salesman this. However the same thing happened. After going back and forth with miscommunication and no negoiation on there side I left. Only after the manager called me back and was willing to negotiate did I go back. I did buy the car but was not happy with their unwillingness to negotiate and the lack of concern for obes time. I don't recommend them. As we all know the car sales business is like this. The salesmen know this too and should negotiate or they will loose buisness.

They are LIARS!!!! They will tell you just about anything to get you in the door. On Friday, I recieved a call from Teresa Ivie that I was approved for up to $25K with $0 down. I asked her to send it to me in writing and she emailed it to me. My appointment was for Saturday evening. I went online to see if I could find some reviews for their " Clean Slate Program " and 9 out of 10 of the reviews on Ripoff Report were negative. I called Teresa and let her know that their online reviews were not very good and I expcect to get exactly what she told me. I emailed her and asked her what bank approved me. She didn't respond, so I called her and she said there was more than 1 bank that approved me. I asked her what was my finance rate would be and she could not give me that information over the phone. When I went in, I never saw Teresa and the salesman was trying to get me to find a Co-signer. I told him I wasn't going burden anyone else with my problem and I am not asking anyone to cosign for me. He then brought the "Finance Director" over hoping he would be able to get to me to buy the lies they were selling. The finance director, said that they had an approval, but there was only 1 bank that picked up my loan so I needed to put money down or get a co-signer to make them happy. I told him that Teresa said that more than one bank that approved me and nothing that he was telling me matched what Teresa gave me in writing. I went back and forth with him for a few more mins and then did myself a favor and told them thank you for being liars and wasting my time and then procedded to walk out of the door. I sent Teresa Ivie an email and let her know that she was a liar. I saw the reviews before I went and still went hoping that I would be different, but I wasn't. I am going to wait a few months, repair my credit, save up a good down payment and buy what I want and not settle or even put myself in situation to even have to entertain LIARS like the ones at David Mc David Nissan!!!! Please don't set yourself up for failure!!!

I had a horrible experience here.the worst in my car buying experience!!!!first of all, the car i was supposed to buy had a bad compressor so we had to shred the finance papers and pick another car. this car was taken back a week later when i noticed the driver side door was not aligned properly and was protruding. the silver lining around the windows were not matched up and had to be adjusted.today i returned it for service because the paint has what appears to be water spots everywhere. this should not be happening in one month of purchasing a brand new car!!!!! i wasted four hours at the dealership only to drive away with the same exact problem i pulled up with. it has not been resolved and at this point i felt the need to warn others....... UpDATE-Nearly TWO months after purchasing this car, my car is still DAMAGED!. I'm beyond upset. I'm not at a place to receive your apologies Randy! I'll accept your apology when my car is repaired or replaced.Thanks

I bought a car several years ago. I would urge anyone to think carefully before making the same mistake. Starting about 6 months after the sale, they Began hounding me to buy another. I have continued to maintain my disinterest in another purchase, but it means nothing to them. In the past year, I have truely come to know what it's like to be stalked. They call me at least once a week, and they flood my computer with Spam emails. I've been nice, I've been patient, I've explained to them I would rather have my eye gouged out work a rusty screw driver than do business with them, all to NO avail. What can I do to be removed from their list

Overall, 3.5 out of 5. I'm mostly pleased with the used car I purchased, other than a lingering smell of smoke I was assured would be mostly extracted when they cleaned it. Initially, my salesman was terrific, and I felt good about the sale. (I wasn't enamored with the finance guy whose abruptness was disconcerting.) But, he'd promised me a second key the following week; several days later and after two emails and a call with no response, I finally tracked down the salesman. He stated that he couldn't find the second key so I'd be responsible for the cost to make a new one! I firmly and directly reminded him of a conversation before the purcahse in which he'd promised a second key and, while he made things right in the end, I felt it was one of those "I've already made the sale" kind of follow-up. Mostly good but could have been better.
02/27/2017 I purchased on 27 February 2017 a 2017 Nissan Commercial NV Cargo Van, at David McDavid Nissan Although it looks like the offspring of a Titan pickup on Steroids and an armored car , there s a lot to like about this unorthodox van. I am very Impressed with the Build Quality and Features of this Vehicle. I m a United States Navy Veteran with 16 years of Service. I used the USAA Car Buying Service for the first time and loved it. Within minutes of signing up, we had offers from 6 area dealers, so I chose David McDavid Nissan to visit first. I love my new 2017 Rogue! Our salesman was patient and knowledgeable, and made our experience in buying the Rogue a smooth experience. I love the new safety features such as beeping if there is someone in your blind spot, and beeping if there is cross traffic behind you as you back up out of a parking spot. It is very comfortable with adjustable lumbar support and a heated seat. Yesterday I felt like I had a warm cozy heating pad on my back the entire drive home from work. Of course I had to splurge and buy the Star Wars edition. : )

This is for a very pathetic dealership. I told Ramon on Sunday night, Monday and Tuesday that I wanted to buy the Rogue for the listed price of $22995. I talked to your finance manager on Tuesday and she said I could hold the car with a deposit. Ramon said I couldn't and then the service department changes the oil and the manager makes the Rogue a "Certified" vehicle and raises the price by $2000! What a shame ! John

This dealership has deceptive practices. They added additional add ons; e.g., Int/Ext Protection, Wheel locks, and Pin Striping. These add ons were already on the vehicle. I did not ask for them to be added. Therefore, my expectation was that they were included in the price of the vehicle. The Sales Manager has emphatically stated this information was relayed to me. IT WAS NOT! I should have not the signed the contract. I have sent several emails which have gone unanswered. I would recommend that you shop elsewhere in the Houston area and stay far away from this dealership. This was my first and LAST time I will conduct business here.

And to be able to change it a whole month of waiting stress and ...... and if someone goes I will only recommend irvin.I think he is the only person who cares about clients and not his commission.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle for my son. I was pleased that all of my questions were answered and the experience was very positive. The vehicle needed some prep work completed before we took delivery of it and we were offered a free rental until then. The salesman and the finance manager were a pleasure to deal with. I will be in the market for another vehicle soon and this dealership is certainly high on my list.
I had an appointment on 9/30/2013 to meet with a woman named Sonya in the finance department. When I got there she was not there and has not been there since that time. Every time I call to speak with her, I get someone else who pretends to be helpful. These people told me I was preapproved for $0 down and a car up to $16,000; however, when I got there the "clerk" had to submit my paperwork to the bank. If I'm preapproved why is a bank needed? I don't know, either. These people are very, very, very, very unprofessional. I don't think half of them can spell it. Do your self a favor, save the migraine and shop elsewhere. These people are an insult to intelligence.

I received a call Saturday morning about my credit application for a car and was approved for $24,000. Well at first I thought it was too good to be true, but I was so in need for a vehicle that it was my only hope. Well I am driving out today so extremely happy. Crissy my representative was helpful in giving me the details and answering all my questions. Tommy was very helpful and gave me the best price for my 2013 Nissan Altima, with payments I knew I could afford. So if you do have bad credit, you NEED to come here. They are the best!!! Where do I begin, I went on their website and found a 2017 Chevy Cruze stock #P1017 priced at $9,980 ish dollars. Here I am thinking I snagged me a great deal. I checked the car fax and it was clean, mileage was at 41k. Perfect perfect car right..well I get to the dealership and fast forward to the part where were running numbers. Sales man comes back explaining that it came out to $13,600 ish dollars. I start going down the list and here's why, they charged $1,800 ish dollars for EPP something I would understand if I was financing the car but I'm paying cash in hand. Not to mention they tacked on another $500 for tint that I dont need and another $600 for nitrogen in the tires. This is completely outrageous, dont be fooled by the prices online, tack on an extra $3,000 because according to the dealership its policy for every vehicle and they will not consider taking it off. The only great experience was the sales man I had. Edit: so I'm home now and I went back online to the website to see if the car was still online and it wasnt. So some back ground information I didnt add. The dealership has four of the same Chevy Cruze car. The other three cars had higher mileage but the asking price for those were all $12,600 ish dollars. The Chevy Cruze I was getting was $9,980 ish dollars with 41k miles...so here's what I'm thinking. I think they had a typo and didnt realize until someone pointed it out.

First of all they don t clean the car good, they give it to you like the first owner had it, dirty inside, they just clean the out side just to catch the eye of the buyer, and it has been two weeks and I have yet to receive my second key. The salesman, all they care is about making their commission. They don t give a sh!$ about how you walk out with your car. They don t give a sh!$!!! Don t go there. Cars in there are expensive.
My experience at this dealership has always been good. We have now purchased 4 vehicles from this location. Yesterday though, management was kind of strong-arming me. I already knew what I wanted before I arrived and I could get it at another dealership but we have been loyal to this one. Tony was fine as our salesperson and Charles in financing was a hoot. We were there for about 6 hours because they just wouldn t let us leave. At one point I joked my car was getting smashed like Clark Griswald s. The one star taken away was for the one manager (Hispanic make-I didn t get his name) who was aggressive and fast talking me and wouldn t let me get a word in. He was the worst experience I have ever had at this dealership. Other than him, all was great and I am pleased with my purchase.

Billy! Billy! BILLY!!!!!! He s the definition of awesome. I went in honestly scared, it s a big commitment financing a new car! It s honestly scary. But billy put me at ease and made all my requests happen!! I wanted a Kicks with low mileage and he actually went out and bought me one!!! The payments seemed to high at first but after I told him what I wanted and could afford he made it happen! WHEN I SAY HE MADE IT HAPPEN, when I walked in the door my interest rate was @25% he brought that all the way down to 9%!! He s not afraid to explain everything to you and be honest. He s an awesome guy! He gave me great advice and helped me out a lot, I had a wonderful experience and will be referring all my friends to him!
Very bad place, for example, the saleswoman Betsy, according to how she helped us buy 2 cars, and 15 days after seeing those bought, told me that I had to return them, and I called the saleswoman to find out what was happening and she told me. He said that is not my job, I only sell cars, in total they could not help me and I returned a car, I do not recommend that dealer

Long story short, I went in and talked to a salesman names Al and he gave me great service and I left there driving a brand new Altima! I would reccomment this dealership to everyone!

I have noticed the many, who just need a car, come to this dealership with PRETEND hopes, hopes that what little credit and prep will get them a car. I studied the different models of several vehicles before approaching this dealer. I KNEW I had a variety of amounts I could put down on such purchase, WHY FIGHT WITH SALESMEN. when one really can't afford this or that. SERVICE: In the little time, I have started using the EXPRESS service, they have been most DEPENDABLE, with suggested improvement and repairs. THE SILLY, KNOW they need a TIRE, a BATTERY.ETC..well BEFORE they bring the car or truck in....DEALERSHIPS are NOT going to PATCH a new car....they will suggest NEW parts, new Tires etc. I TRULY don't get some of the LAME attempts at something for NOTHING. SCHEDULING: Bring your car or truck in on a SATURDAY, as if everybody else will not...is just damn simple. IF one REALLY needs that car or truck REPAIRED make time or drop it off, AND....DON'T expect an EASY fix, when you have put off the repair for months. THANKS, and I WILL buy my next car there !
Was called by a "Mrs. Martinez" after filling out several car applications online. She called me told me I was approved NOT Pre-approved for 24,000 0 down payment and that it was a program they had to help rebuild credit for consumers. I was very specific, and asked is this a Pre-approval just to get me down to the dealer because I am not interested if so. SHe assured me that this was not a marketing call, my credit already had been run, etc. I get to the dealer, see people standing around and not one person greeted me or asked did I need help. No receptionist was there. I had to walk to where several sales people were just standing there, not acknowledging me. Finally one calles a rep. I again ask for Ms. Martinez, the young lady hands me forms to "re-verify" what I put online. But I was supposed to be approved already. Of course no Ms. Martinez comes out. The sales guy tells me the car I was told was going to be ready for me to test drive, was no longer there, and tried to pitch me something else. He then says now he has to get a structure from the bank. I said, I thought I was already approved, what are you talking about, then he gives me an absurd analogy saying if he gave me 100 dollars he can give it to me 100 different ways. Needless to say, he tells me can I pay 1500 for TTL. What happened to 0 down? Waited another hour or so, for him to come back and tell me that the "bank" is closed and we would have to wait until tommorow. Told me to call him at 10:00, what sales person doesnt call or follow up with a customer? Needless to say they couldnt get me a deal, which I was supposed to already had been approved for, false advertising, wasting valuable time uneccessarily. Another salesman came to me and told me the real deal. That Ms. Martinez is a marketer, my credit hadnt been ran upfront, and that this a scheme to get bodies in the door. Needless to say I pretty much figured it out once I got there, however to hear it confirmed I was just floored.
As a former employee, I can say bring your vehicle here. I trust any tech there with my own. Pick yourself a good advisor Will Lopez (main shop) or for your express needs Lawrence or Jakorie. While there may be a wait, it s worth it. You have experienced Nissan technicians with many many years of training and experience working on your vehicle.
I brought my Titan in for a very invasive starter replacement that was proper and quick. Denita my service rep was very knowledgeable and courteous and called to tell me of the problem and very early the next day called to say your truck is ready. I've replaced my starters in my life but none under the intake. Thanks a lot! Good job Nissan!

I went to this dealership because my airbag light was on and wouldn t turn off and my cruise control wouldn t set. After diagnosis, they told me what the issue was with each of the problems, and I chose to pay for the airbag light first. I paid, picked up my car and drove off only to find that the light was still flashing. When I called about it, the service adviser said that they knew it was an issue when I left but I had to pay for the cruise control part as well to fix it. I returned only to have the service department try to mansplain the problem to me and not offer any solution or apology for not explaining the problem and offering a solution ahead of time.

I've been trying to get a hold of the finance department to file a gap insurance claim. 2 weeks to date I haven't gotten all call. Failure to respond to calls is bad business practice. Wanted to buy another car but but not after this ordeal.
Terrible experience. I went online as I live in another state and the dealer website agreed to a price and trade price. Now they won't do the deal and increased the price of the car from $52k to $58k Scam artist. I have never given a review let alone a bad one. Please be careful if you actually do a deal with them

I had some keys reprogrammed on a Nissan versa. Staff was friendly and courteous and got my keys reprogrammed in about two hours. Other than the wait, the process went smoothly.
It was the first time I visited this dealer and unfortunately it was a very frustrating experience. I made an appointment to get my Nissan Sentra 2008 repaired because I had problems with my brakes. The first appointment I made was on November 11 at 9:00 AM. My car was inspected until 11:30 AM. The adviser Mr. Mouton was always very nice and explained all the problems in my car. He said the rear brakes need to be fixed among other things: wheel cylinder, brake shoes, and fluid exchange. Unfortunately, they did not have all the parts and some parts need to be ordered. They called me on November 15 that the parts arrived. The adviser explained that it will take 2-3 hours to complete this job. I made a new appointment on November 18 at 8:15 AM. I took my car and I was the 4th in line. However, my car was inspected until 11:00 AM. Again Mr. Mouton explained the repairs, but this time it was $200 more than the previous inspection. I asked why if my car was already inspected last week and he said that the new inspection had the clips and the drums to be fixed too. I was disappointed because their first inspection should be accurate enough because it was performed just days ago. I agreed to repairs and they started to fix my car. About 1:00 PM, the adviser talked to me again and he said that they have to order a new part and that it will take an extra hour. He offered the shuttle to take my wife and me back home or to get something to eat, but I asked him how long it will take the repairs and he said another 1-2 hours. I replied, I rather wait. Well, to make the story short my car was completed until 5:00 PM. It took 9 hours to repair my car and I was waiting the whole time. Every time I asked, it was almost done: just the left side need to be done, just the brake flushing, and then the car washing The estimated time they told me ( 2-3 hours) was not even close. To me this dealer a serious problem with the appointments and the communication between mechanics and the advisors. It was a very frustrating process. Even if you have the appointment, your car is inspected and repaired hours after the appointment. In addition, the waiting time is ridiculous. They should be clear about the time to fix the car and not have customers waiting for hours. They just need to say, it will take the whole day, we will call you when the car is ready . Also the diagnostics and inspection should be more professional. How come they did not identify all the things to be fixed on the brakes since the first time?
There listed prices on website are not correct and they don t provide the correct information on the phone.. there are some hidden charges .. they will simply say you are not qualified for rebate.. going there is waisting your time . Pls let me know if you want to discuss on this .. you are publishing incorrect information on your website. regarding if you do the test drive then we will give you $50 Visa card .. this is fake advertisement on your website.

Lying to get me there and go back on their word when I arrive. Did it to me once a few years ago the general manager had to make up for it. Gave them a 2nd chance this time but had the same issues. Not happy with any of the services provided this last trip.
