Parking very limited. For 2 consecutive nights they were full parking. The guard/personnel who's talking with the ticketing person offered me that I can still park but on a reserved slot provided that I will be leaving immediately the next day before the tenant comes in. I paid 200 immediately without them giving me any ticket. This worked on the 1st day but not on the 2nd day. I took it as first, I will be late for work and 2nd it would take me time to look for any parking lot/space nearby. As I was about to go out the bldg the next day, 1 bldg personnel, 1 guard and 1 ticketing person talked to me about the situation. I expained everything to them and the guard told me thatbthey will let everything slide but refrain from doing it moving forward. Also, they didn't know about this kind of doings in the bldg. Good thing that the ticketing person in the morning shift knows me and can attest that I worked in the bldg and I was paying the parking fee legitimately previously. If you're working in the bldg and doesn't have reserved slot, please don't fall into this type of offer as you may get in trouble.

Good courteous security. Parking can be improved if seriously considered

Elevators are becoming an issue with only 2 working at a time. Parking is very limited.
