One of my friend is working in this company for 2 years on contract basis from past 1 they are extending the contract but not making that person as permeant employee... And he works more than office time and the management doesn't have some responsibilities towards the employees

It's really very disciplined and systematic processing company and also zero defect system are following everyone.

They have spoiled many youngsters career in the name of "trainee".
