When we first got our leased jeep from Dave Smith, we were very happy with the service. However, at the end of our lease we were told multiple times by our finance person that we would get all of our money back from the extra warranty they convinced us to buy if we did not ever use the extended coverage. Instead of getting the full $1,500 back since we never used the warranty, we only received $790.00. We told our finance person that we were not interested in any extra warranties on a brand new car, but he told us multiple times it is protection if you need it, and if you don't you get all your money back at the end of the lease. I am beyond frustrated to have lost half our money when it was not something we expected to lose. Be aware and don't trust car salesmen!

Great sales team, we drove from Southern Oregon to buy from them, the buying experience was OUTSTANDING. We had a few mechanical issues when we got home, Dave Smith team went above and beyond and covered half the cost which they did not have to do.

Evan Lewis , our Sales person went over and beyond his duties and found the exact Truck we wanted. Evan especially put up with my husband s million questions and made sure we were completely satisfied and understood everything that was happening as it happened. JC (service) was a delight and also went over and beyond his duties keeping us updated as to where the truck was with preparing it for us. It was a pleasure to meet and work with both men and making our experience a delight!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership with all your vehicle needs. I had a very unfortunate scenario happen where my tire lost all of it's air and I had to drive on it anyways to get to a safe location, well that damaged the tire and couldn't just repair it. Fast forward I called into the service department at Dave smith motors in Kellogg and worked with service advisor Adam leas. We found the exact tires I was looking for, delivered to the shop next day and replaced all 4 in a couple hours. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Very painless transaction all the way through in my unfortunate scenario. I will recommend everyone that's looking for a great, honest shop for their service needs to stop at Dave Smith Motors! After searching for a while we finally found the Nacho colored Jeep Gladiator at Dave Smith Motors. Mick Hudson was awesome to deal with, everything he said he was going to do he did and at a high level. My wife has a sensitive situation that she is dealing with and he just went above and beyond. It was a 6 hour drive for us and I will definitely do it again when the time comes. Thank you Mick and Dave Smith Motors for making this a good experience and getting my wife the Jeep that she was looking for.

My wife and I recently bought 2 Ram trucks from Dave Smith Motors. Our salesperson Everett was very professional and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for before having us drive over all the way to Idaho. We worked hard on it for about a week before settling on the perfect trucks. Thank you very much Everett, you are the man! I've never had to work so hard to try and give someone $70k to sell me a pickup. I called and finally talked to a salesman on April 7th and explained everything I had for a trade and what I wanted. He said he'd call me back at the end of the week or the first part of the following. Since then I've left three messages and sent two emails requesting he get back to me as he had said he would. I even asked someone on the phone to please have him call me. No response. Not only is this completely rude and poor customer service, it also tells me I've dodged a bullet. I almost entrusted my confidence and business in a company who deals in volume and so seemingly cares little about losing business every once in a while. I was willing to drive 12 hours to do a cash deal with my trade but now I wouldn't cross the street to do business with you no matter how much I would save. What's the saying? "If someone shows you who they are, believe them".

UPDATE: After working with their Customer Relations and a Sales Manager they arranged for me to work with a different salesperson. Angelique did an amazing job helping me navigate the process to trade in and purchase a new truck! I'll be back and appreciate the way that Dave Smith turned a negative to a positive!
