Had a great time buying a 2017 Mustang with my wife. Mario helped us schedule a test drive and helped us through the process once we decided we wanted to buy. Garrett took over when we got to financing and he was very friendly. The whole process including test drive was less than 2.5 hours. I had a great experience working with Fred and the rest of the team at Landmark. Fred is perhaps the most polite person I have ever met. There was no pressure or shady tactics. Landmark is still trying to make money and there is still some negotiating, but generally reasonable and efficient. Would definitely return here to buy another car.
This was my first car buying experience outside of a traditional branded dealership. I ve seen a lot of mixed reviews about other dealerships like this but my experience with Landmark Motors was the most pleasant car buying experience I ve had. Fred, the sales manager, was my point of contact and the communication was outstanding from start to finish. It was a very laid back, no pressure situation. I had a couple of concerns about the car I ultimately bought and they addressed them quickly and effectively. The closing paperwork was a breeze as well and they were very reasonable on my trade in. Wonderful experience. Fred is completely on top of his game. The car we were interested in was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and he explained all the features patiently and thoroughly. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The cars on the lot and in the showroom are high-end with "no-dicker," competitive pricing. Staff is not on commission, so no pressure, just a strong desire to make happy customers. Very impressed with the whole process.
