HP laptop + sleeve bought here in September 2016. The saleswoman (business manager I think) guided me very nicely in the selection process. Bumblebees with the battery in February 2018. Suddenly it does not want to charge nor pass on electricity. Laptop therefore completely OUT. Can happen. Response from Datarex? Smooth intake laptop with battery and charger by very helpful desk employee. Clear explanation and concrete agreement. The next week a new battery and everything were arranged perfectly. Cost price? 0 (zero) euros and on top of that no bullshit. Well, now I call this service!

Had to use this store as needed some IEC kettle leads and they were the nearest to where i was working. There is only on street parking outside the building. I would say that this is more of a computer repair/service centre that happens to have computer supplies for sale. That being the staff were very polite and helpful and the stock that they do have is all of good quality named brands at a reasonable price. When i was in there the had a small cute dog that is most likely always in the building with them. It was very gentle and friendly. But just bear that in mind if dogs are an issue for you.

I have been satisfied with DATAREX in Vilvoorde for so many years.
this time I brought a Sony Vaio laptop to have it checked. I bought a laptop from my mother in macro Machelen. certainly almost 20 years old with a large glossy beautiful screen and a fast computer. never had a crash.
because the image of that laptop has gone out, those people from DATAREX do not want to look at it. in answer you get that this laptop is cheap junk! I'm not going to set foot in here.
