HP laptop + sleeve bought here in September 2016. The saleswoman (business manager I think) guided me very nicely in the selection process. Bumblebees with the battery in February 2018. Suddenly it does not want to charge nor pass on electricity. Laptop therefore completely OUT. Can happen. Response from Datarex? Smooth intake laptop with battery and charger by very helpful desk employee. Clear explanation and concrete agreement. The next week a new battery and everything were arranged perfectly. Cost price? 0 (zero) euros and on top of that no bullshit. Well, now I call this service!
