I thank you for considering me for this position, however the fact that I spent so much time submitting forms, answering questions getting a landline and so on and so forth speaks very ,very poorly of your company. I can understand other people being more prepared than me, just like there's others less prepared than me as well. Candidates submit an application, then they are interview by who I think it's a temp person, next, forms need to be filled out via e-mail which requires phone numbers, type of internet at home, a landline, who my internet provider is and so on and so forth. Next another phone interview with someone giving scenarios of possible emergency calls, and I gather candidates are scored based on the answers. In my experience I was exhausted from all the questions, that during the last one I really didn't care if I got the job or not. By this time I Just wanted to hang up the phone.. By this time the candidate is tired of the process, tired of submitting paperwork, answering e-mails, answering questions, asking questions. that at this point I do not care if I got the job or not, I just want it to be over. Your hiring process needs to be upgraded. If you are having trouble finding nurse, there is your answer. I will be writing a review as to the worst possible screening process I have ever seen. I have been a nurse for almost 20 years , and I have never been scrutinized as you all did. I was applying for a nursing job, not for a job at the white house. I have never written anything about anyone , ever! But I don't want people to have to go through , this senseless, unprofessional waste of time.
