I did an antigenic covid test. In the laboratory they told me the result will be on two hours. After two hours and half I call them, they tell me the result will be ready in about 3 hours. 4 hours later no results, I call back them, the receptionist tells me that she doesn't speak English, and she cannot help me!! The best she hung up on me! Call back her, just when I say hello again hung up ! Really?! I paid 22 for a such service! In France the result are in 10 minutes! Such a bad experience!!!

Very nice place. The behavior of the staff is very gentle and cordial. You can get the report of molecular test only in 7 hours. Costs 60 .

LOW LEVEL AND UNRELIABLE RESULT.
I took a swab to leave and it was positive.
The next day I did it both in the hospital and in the same laboratory and it tested negative.
I missed the plane and had to pay 200 for an extra flight because of them plus lost work days.
The only positive note is that at least the tampons have compensated me L.
It was also not possible to speak to a manager because he was absent for work reasons.

What people are saying here is 100% true - they promise the result in English, but when you get it the entire page is in Italian, the only 2 words that are in english are "not detected". Make your own decision whether this is sufficient for your needs.

I did the molecular test for COVID this morning at Data Medica and was very satisfied. I booked about a month ago and today they picked me up right away. I explained it was an international travel test so they translated my swab results into English. The test itself took about a minute or two, and the results came to me within 7 hours.

This morning my partner and I were unable to leave because we needed the PCR test and not the quick swab, luckily we found this center available and on time.
They said the result would be communicated within 6-7 hours and it did.
A noteworthy professionalism, maybe other structures were like that too.

incompetent staff unreliable MOLECULAR swabs first positive then negative without any explanation but only excuses to defend their interests by not thinking about the problems they create for people. And to think that the molecular swab as written on the web should be the most reliable.

We had booked a PCR test in English, I asked if it was possible to receive it in English over the phone when I booked.
The next day we receive the report completely in Italian, except for the words "not detected".
Called immediately in the afternoon and their response was: "that's what we do, what can I tell you".
Absolutely ridiculous. Italian professionalism at the lowest levels.
Go somewhere else.

Covid pcr test for travel.

I normally don't post reviews, but from my experience with Data Medica, this place is completely mis-represented on google.

We had a great experience (albeit uncomfortable, as these tests are) getting a RT-PCR test at their lab. We received our results (in English - as requested) seven hours after visiting. Staff were nice and well organized.

I will definitely go back here should I need to.
