Living upto the name of DCC, the laptop store is place that won't disappoint you. Bought my latest laptop here, the service was good. I wanted a silver coloured one, which they thought they had, but didn't. They did call up Dell to check if the same could be made available and confirmed it could not be. I ended up buying a gold one. It came with a lifetime license of Windows and office, they set it up for me, including creating an Outlook account. Also partitioned it so I could easily setup a Linux later. The service overall was great as usual.

Great place for consulting about laptops and PC related things

The place is situated near the Z-bridge on the JM road side. The building has it's own 2-wheeler parking for the customers. There's also a small parking nearby. I cannot tell anything about 4-wheelers (There's a PMC parking on JM road though. Approx 500 m away.) I went there to fix my Asus laptop. Although, due to time constraint, I could not get it fixed, the staff was very polite with me and they all seemed very professional. The laptop sale is done on 1st floor while the servicing and repairing is done on the second floor.

Worst experience of my life..spend 60k on a laptop and it had hardware issues. On top of that they are not willing to accept it. Told me to come back again since they were closing. I wish I could rate -5
