Data Care Corporation Pune (IITM ) Review

I bought an original Acer Laptop charger from here. It got spoiled within a year, which was within warranty period. I went to get it replaced and they refused to do so. They suggested I buy a new charger, which they didn't have at that time. They offered a duplicate one.
Foolishly I bought it. It is loose connection and has stopped working properly within 2 weeks of purchase. Their response? "No no Sir, that is how chargers work. So we can't replace it.".

Very poor service ... Customer support in paid service is worst then think about warranty claim.. I was completely disappointed with service support DCC provide... DCC got more business than they deserve may be the reason they treat customer like this...

I have tried dell services it take almost 3-4 days to repair the laptop. I have also tried 2nd party dell's recommended private service center after my warranty was over. They took almost 14 days and the service charges is of 800 rs.
But luckily this time reference of DCC. You want believe my wordings but when I gave them my laptop they open immediately in front of us check the issue.. I was having problems with my hdd they told me that it's damaged ( when I accidentally dropped my laptop ). So they also have their own shop beside service center so they replaced it within just 15 minutes. When I asked for the service chrge they only took 300 rs with free Windows installation it took 2 hrs by the way.
But seriously I have never experienced this much fast service form any one . Even the official dell's service take minimum 1 day for only checkup and 2-3 others depending on repair required.
After 2 days I have also received a call regarding feedback. So if you really want a quality service for your laptop go there.

It was my first laptop however I have already decided couple of items in my checklist but still need to make sure, but then I meet Mr.Sandeep from dcc he gave some really good information and the confidence which I was looking to make the right choice of laptop. All staff was helpful apart from Bajaj finance sales guy but he was not part of dcc so we can ignore. Sandeep himself informed me about all offers which I can avail, satisfied with my purchase. Recommend for others as well.
