Trust is every thing .. It can be tested with no of visits . whenever i require any thing with computer , i visit to DCC .
Nandu gives us guidence , we do the rest . yet i am not deceived .
reasonable rates .. original quality product . clean business .
I have proud that i usually take from DCC or repair from DCC .

I repaired my laptop Hinges here. The service provided by DCC is good. However in my case Hinges were missing screws. Which is disappointing..

I like the service here . They can fix any computer or laptop just give them your device and let them diagnosis it . I have nearly 12 year old laptop and they fixed it in 2018 also replaced it's battery an gave me a new charger also . One of the best repair center in Pune must visit for quality and trusted service. It's near to the Z bridge . Parking also available at basement of the building . Thank you for your service

I have had a terrible experience with DCC computer mall. I had asked them to get a part for my laptop. Not only did they fail to get that part even if my laptop is still in production, but they kept ignoring my calls and no one ever called me back. They need to be taught the definition of Customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Went to this place for soldering wire of laptop starting kit. He estimated the cost as Rs 1200 where he will solder the wire and start the laptop. I soldered the wire at another repair center at Rs 50(Fifty).

Worst service.
Gave my laptop on 6th August for some beep problem and they said I will be receiving it back in around 2 weeks time .
Got it back (let me correct it , I asked them to give it back as it was over a month) on 7th September , forget repairing, these guys added some extra functionality to my system i.e. it doesn't turn on now plus do not get charge.
In this 1 month period , they called me to their center 2 times and each time when i turned it on before taking it back with me , same beep problem persisted , I don't know how these guys do testing , repairing and all before just blindly calling the customer.
I ask you all, please don't visit this place if you seriously wanna get your laptop repaired.

Not so good, I receive confirmation call for repair of my laptop but when reach their and check my laptop its not working properly.

Doesn't have all laptops on display but can find good laptops and service

Had a horrible experience. I brought in my Acer laptop as it had a very simple screen- on top of not resolving the original issue, they messed with the motherboard connections and the now the battery isn't working and the touchpad isn't responsive either. Turned a laptop that had only one issue but was otherwise completely fine into something that is nearly unusable.

UPDATE: to be fair, they were upfront about not being able to resolve the main issue and referred me to a central facility, where I was eventually able to get the laptop fixed. Some places will try to fix problems they can't handle and make them worse, thankfully this was not the case here.

Why?

1.6 yrs ago i purchased a Dell laptop because of the pricing, it was comparatively less.
Yesterday i had to upgrade the RAM and i went again and found out the hardware cost was really less than what others told me in the market.

Thanks to Mr. Jeevan and Mr. Shyam who replaced the RAM yesterday.

They sell electronics in reasonable rates, but charge unnecessarily big amount for any service.

Best place for buying an laptop or any other electronics accessories. I recently brought an HP Omen laptop at an reasonable price. Quite good negotiation but am happy with the service.

Pathetic experience, trying to get a quote for two systems worth 1lakh and above and no one seems interested!
