DDC computer mall was lil difficult to find for me, but it's a good place to shop for gadgets and laptops. Also they have service centre for repairing of laptop.

Bought a Dell laptop for my daughter. After much researching on the web, wanted to visit a store to actually see the laptop. A friend suggested DCC and hence visited it. They have good reasonable brands and representatives have good knowledge of configurations. Had some issue registering the MS Office copy and DCC helped by remote support. Liked the experience.

It's okay they have sales plus service for all electronic product. Find it little bit costly as it is well established. bargaining won't work. Don't have proper waiting area for visitors. I have configure my first pc in 2012 and still working fine.

Very poor servicing of my HP laptop by DCC. I went with BIOS issues for in my laptop..It took 2 days for them to repair my laptop....but guess what, they messed up with Touchpad and it is not working since then.....they usually call you (ritual) for feedback...but it is just for showoff that their post delivery customer service is good......I recommend you not to visit here.

Mr. Nilesh was very helpful to resolve the laptop related queries. I would recommend DCC laptop to all. Process is easy.

DCC a name that comes to every mind when they think about buying a laptop.
But the fact is something else as most of people who visit here for a laptop (personal) end up not buying from them.
Reasons...
They've got few models on display and most of them are not latest or they do not care to keep them updating.
Though they've got this big shop set up there and they're a big fish in laptop market .. they're too big to be dealing with walk in customers and probably don't have an eye for this market any more.
In case you are looking for wholesale deal I'd say do visit them, but for personal purchase, better not to.
