I have tried dell services it take almost 3-4 days to repair the laptop. I have also tried 2nd party dell's recommended private service center after my warranty was over. They took almost 14 days and the service charges is of 800 rs.
But luckily this time reference of DCC. You want believe my wordings but when I gave them my laptop they open immediately in front of us check the issue.. I was having problems with my hdd they told me that it's damaged ( when I accidentally dropped my laptop ). So they also have their own shop beside service center so they replaced it within just 15 minutes. When I asked for the service chrge they only took 300 rs with free Windows installation it took 2 hrs by the way.
But seriously I have never experienced this much fast service form any one . Even the official dell's service take minimum 1 day for only checkup and 2-3 others depending on repair required.
After 2 days I have also received a call regarding feedback. So if you really want a quality service for your laptop go there.
