When you can t afford their payments, their attitude changes completely and they just hang up quickly and smart remarks are made when you say you can t afford a certain payment. If that s how your treat someone who cannot another bill during a pandemic, you need to be humbled. I ve never been so disappointed with a company due to a manager. I hope others have a better experience. The first representative was great, the manager was the problem and made it seem like I wasn t worth his time. And if that s the case, you re help isn t worth my hard earned money. I would never make a comment like that to anyone...

Applied for a mortgage through someone who we thought was a trusted recommendation from a friend. Big mistake. After making one payment to DAS the mortgage was sold to another bank. There is no record of the payment being made. DAS stole my money and I am now in default on my loan. If you ever see DAS on a loan run, don't walk. They are crooks.

Rude staff. They hang up in your face when you have questions. They told me this was the risk I take when lending through their company . I get a letter in the mail saying I owe them thousands then when I question it nobody knows where the letter mysteriously came from. They sold my loan, never paid the payments I made through them on time so I owed late payments on my mortgage. I would not recommend doing any type of business with them if I could give negative stars I would .

Firstly, these people will say whatever they can to be sure to close the sale and then disregard everything else after. DO NOT go through these people especially if it is a VA loan. They know nothing about how they really work in different circumstance like with Exemptions of taxes in certain states. They people will request information and documents of you but when you have a question or contact them, its just crickets. They will call you with incorrect information and they cannot supply you the information that you request. Example, we wanted to know what our closing estimates will be and how much we needed to bring to the table. We asked several times but 1 week before closing we still couldn't get an answer and were told that they wont tell us until 3 days prior. Well if we needed to gather money from different accounts we many not have had time. In Illinois, certain % of disabled vets can be approved for a tax exemption on their homes. We were told that USA Mortgage couldn't set this up prior to closing. That was fine, but then we were told that after we can request them to modify the loan payment and we would get all the money we paid into taxes at closing. THIS WAS A LIE. We were going to switch to Veterans United but since they promised us it would all get fixed after, we stuck with. Bad Idea! After closing, we received the exemption paperwork a week after. We called USA Mortgage and told they couldn't do it because our loan was already sold and transferring. Fast Forward a month later, we get a letter from USA Mortgage stating our first payment was to be sent to them. Going back and forth with them on the phone because they wouldn't return calls and the ONE person that we needed to talk to was out of the office, we were told that our loan was now transferring, even though we were told that a month ago. Basically these people are out for themselves and provide horrible service and are not about their customers. They should be ashamed for their treatment of Veterans. If you are a veteran go somewhere else, we will do Veterans United next time and send others there. If you are not a veteran, go anywhere but here! Oh and another lie by USA Mortgage, we will not be getting all of the tax money we paid at closing like they promised.

I have been engaged in a refinance deal with DAS since end of July. It is now 72 days later and I do not have a close date yet. DAS has done such a terrible job that my mortgage broker resigned during this process. Needless to say recompense should occur and if not the BBB will be contacted. Please be aware of these tragic shortcomings before engaging with this company.

My wife and I purchased our home April 2019 with the help of Victoria DiGregorio. The purchase was easy and not stressful or painful. In March 2020 Victoria called me and asked if I would be interested in refinancing our home at an interest rate much less than we received in 2019. We agreed and we completed everything online. We received an interest rate 1.8% less than the good interest rate from the original purchase. We even had a drive-by closing because of the pandemic. Victoria is an excellent loan processor for DAS Acquisition who we highly recommend. Her friendly and soft personality made the loan processes simple and without stress. Thank you Vickie.

I just competed my refinance with USA Mortgage/DAS Acquisition and things went smooth as expected. A lot of the local companies in my area were not accepting refinances and Brandon Steen at USA Mortgage helped out a ton. He did explain that they were seeing historically high volume and the transaction would take anywhere from 60-90 days so that expectation was set up front! Thanks again, I couldn't ask for a better team to work with!
