We rented a 500 70cv flush for the boat nickel on the other hand welcome to be desired rather cold no explanations on the places to go to the anchorage no maritime map available in short get by a feeling that we are taking our money all fair.

We booked a 2 hour family trip for 7 people (2 boats).

After 20 minutes of navigation, one of the boats broke down ... so we called the skipper to help us. The time it arrives more than 20 minutes of waiting ...

The boss tells us that there is a problem with the engine and asks us to return to port immediately.
Once at the port we ask him for a refund of our entire reservation (164 euros), because we were unable to take advantage of our reservation.

Following our complaint, he tells us that he refuses to reimburse us for all of our money and allows himself to tell us that we are in bad faith !!!! Then we vulgarly swings 124 euros on the table!

We are posting this message to warn the next customers of this company who is lending us a defective boat and who tries to rip us off afterwards. Just be careful.

Not to be advised. Cold person, who neglects reservations, disorderly.

Attention dishonest person, is more like a rogue than anything else. This person is well done to us when renting a boat without a license by charging us parts supposedly broken (battery, propeller, ...) without proving anything by showing us the parts broken ... it's a throw away from the pontoon when we wanted to have evidence. You are warned, to avoid .....

Very good time to spend thanks to you. All information is given and boats impeccable.

How to remember your holidays with bad memories? Simply make a rental in this man of bad faith who benefits from tourists to make repairs on his boat. A bill with parts to repair that we were not shown, when asked for a proof, he replied that there was water in the boat ... But to my memory a boat is not made to ride on the road !!!!!
Especially do not rent a boat at home, it will be that you spoil your vacation !!!!

We booked a boat for one day during our week of vacation Arrived at the port at 8:30 am as planned to leave for a good day with friends on the boat, pay 20 Park meter for the day, once we arrive at the reception we are told that our boat has just left with another family because they forgot to write down on us on the paper notebook "not trust us because we are too young" why not tell us directly.
Result of the races back to camp with our picnic and disappointment as a bonus.

From my experience I strongly advise against this boat rental address because you might be on it in addition to the cold staff and poorly organized.

Quick explanations! We called at 7pm the day before for a booking confirmation the next day at 2:30 pm. The manager will impose a change of schedule on us, either 9h or 12h. Because apm no longer possible. ..we are in front at 2:57 pm the boats are all available !!! It's disappointing.! But the ride remains pleasant

Very nice experience, one in the way of visiting the surroundings of St Cryprien. We had to rent the boat for 3h00 but in the end we did 4h00. The boss is very nice, I recommend this activity to you.

Superb experience for a first boat rental. The whole Artimon team were very nice we took full advantage and they were very accommodating. The boat was very nice, good power etc. The man on reception advised us on the route to take and the man on the pontoon also helped us park etc. Thanks to the whole team we keep the address !!

Wonderful day at sea with the family with a license-free boat and 2 small children. Clear explanations, vests provided for children. We had thought of taking an umbrella and some string to tie it down to put this little world in the shade as well as a nomadic baby chair in fabric to be able to tie baby on one of the seats in the cockpit. It was an unforgettable day. Friendly staff I recommend.

Disappointed ... very very disappointed! After the 30 kilometers traveled to reach my home in Saint-Cyprien, after having set the parking meter, we arrive at the welcome boat where a young casual gestures us to come to him! Not the courage to come to us. So I move (masked), and tell him that we have reserved a boat. This is where he tells us that no boat leaves today because of a forecast swell ... Okay. But he couldn't have reached the customers by phone to let them know before they made the trip for nothing ?? !!

Yesterday we rented a 150 hp cap camarat from Artimon. Great ride the boat is like new and the team is friendly and competent, we were well explained what to do in the area and all that with a smile. We also rented a towing buoy which is also like new. Having already rented a boat from them, I returned with my eyes closed. The prices are at the lowest in the area it is a plus . Thanks to the Artimon team!

Thanks to mizzen location. First sailing experience with a freshly obtained coastal license. A welcoming team, first on the phone in order to choose the right date and boat. Then a real briefing, serious, detailed and reassuring as to all the maneuvers to be done, the navigation and the places to anchor or dock. A boat in perfect condition and ideal for my use. If I come back to East Cyprien, I go back home with my eyes closed. Wonderful experience.

Motor boat rental Cap Camarat 150hp 09/09/2016 to the day. We hesitated to rent from this rental (see previous comments), finally we were very well received by a qualified and serious team. Confidence in navigation and safety tips provided by the pontooner. We had a great day on a clean and technically well maintained boat. No worries serious and experienced renter, I recommend.

2 weeks ago, I was on vacation with 4 friends. Not having a boat license in our possession, we therefore opted for Artimon Location

We then reserved a boat in the name of "Hugo Vaugeois" in order to embark on August 6, therefore 6 days after our personal reservation.

So here we are on Tuesday August 6 at 9am ready to embark with 5 friends! But that was not to mention the lack of organization of the mizzen rental team! The boss tells us that our boat has already gone to sea with another family because he unfortunately forgot to note us in his reservation book!

Result of the races: - reimbursement of the 50 advanced when booking 6 days earlier (still happy I want to say)
- 20 of parking paid for nothing because we paid for 9 hours of parking
- not a smile when booking so cold welcome

Finally to finish, return to the campsite under the disappointment and irritation of the poor organization of mizzen rental!

If you are on vacation then opt for another license-free boat rental company and Artimon rental do not hesitate to also settle along the English Channel which is representative of your cold welcome (its a change from the Mediterranean on the other hand )

We really enjoyed ourselves: a walk to Colera, a stop in the coves of Paulilles on the return for a short swim and then a buoy with our children between St Cyp and Argeles.
