I had given this establishment 5 stars, but I correct my opinion because it's been twice for a year the sellers (apparently commissioned on the sale of useful services i) resort to falsehoods and prohibited sales techniques.
First time I signed up for smartphone insurance saying that I can cancel it without problems, which is impossible afterwards.
Yesterday a salesperson committed the downright unacceptable thing. Under the pretext of collaboration with EDF he tells me to subscribe to the fixed price on electricity (making it clear that it is always collaboration with EDF), and under this "sauce" he tried to drag me A SUSCRIOTION TO A CONTRACT OTHER ELECTRICITY SUPPLIER by himself using my personal data without me being aware!
As a client I feel insulted. It's the fraudulent sale.
