Very slow. An hour and a half at lunch, getting our meals were a challenge. We stopped ordering after getting the appetizer, because it took almost 30 minutes to get that. My drink alone took 15 minutes. And items we ordered were left out. Not worth the wait really.

Best steak I ever had. Not too loud even when crowded. Good service.

Not accommodating. The manager on duty was very negative. We got there at 8pm with family, they close at 10pm. The restuarant was not packed, but he made it seem like we would not get seated for a very long time. We had no problem with waiting, but he insisted he only had 2 servers. That is managements problem not mine. Called there headquarters didn't seem like they cared. Anyway went next door to Abuellos, they were very accommodating, the food was good, the service was great, plus the margaritas made for a good evenin . 5 stars to Abuellos.

Great service! Delicious food! Such a great time. Worth it every time. My personal suggestion is the parmesan chicken.

While the service was good on our most recent visit, the New York Strip was tough and flavorless. Overall the food was just okay. For the price, it should ve been much better.

Steak WAS OVER COOKED..service was slow and it took forever for the food to come out. There were 8 of us and 4 of the steaks were wrong. Couldn't tell management because we all had to get back to work!

Never had a bad meal here! This one of my go to spots when I'm working here in town.

Giving a COVID-19 review. Social distancing in place. Witnessed good cleaning procedures when a table was cleared. Masks worn by all employees. Felt the restaurant was very clean and that all workers we're healthy. The food here is always good and consistent. In fact it doesn't seem to matter what location you go to the food quality is very consistent. I just think under these circumstances the Lakeland Longhorn's should get a thumbs up for their efforts during these times. Great job, had a great meal and great service.

Very good service. Food was excellent. I do not recommend the peach sangria unless you enjoy a little alcohol with your sugar.

Very busy but very quick. Sat at a high top in the bar and the bartender was phenomenal

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean. I wasn't too impressed with the food selection or the end result. I ordered chicken strips with ceaser salad and fries. The salad was drenched in dressing, to the point that I could not finish. The chicken was dry and salty. I'm not a steak fan, the person with me who ordered the steak said it was very good. I did enjoy the bread they serve.

I love this place its amazing never a bad experience

The food was wonderful, the bar tender Katie was our server and she was fabulous. We had chips & white cheddar dip. Its was fresh & yummy. We both had rib eye steaks cooked to perfection. The meal & the service were spectacular.

The food is consistently good. Service can be hit or miss, some servers are better than others. Historically we've also gotten the fastest service sitting at the bar. The place gets really busy for dinner. Normally I would give them a 4 star rating but I'm only leaving 3 stars because we had an issue with an online order that was doubled and we were charged accordingly. I called immediately after getting home when we realized what had happened and the person that brought the meal to our car told me the manager on duty was brand new and that the General Manager would call me the next day to resolve. That never happened so I called about a week later and was told by someone that they couldn't do anything about it since the order was from too long ago. To their credit this happened shortly after the COVID-19 shutdown so they were still probably working out their processes, but still, I am out about $40 for food I didn't order in the first place.

Not even worth 1 star, went there couldn't get a steak sandwich at a steakhouse cuz they didn't prepare it the night before

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Bud lights on point tho.

Steak was delicious, only person I was with had to send his bac for additional cooking.

It's got really friendly people with great service who are never rude and always happy to help u in any way they can.

They don't care about their elderly hostess cold asked for a chair for my 83 mother who has a broken back she laughed at me they called 2 parties of 5 before us and we haven't gotten to tree table yet here 1hour and a half with a call ahead. Her laughing in my face ruined my day

Had the best meal and service I have had at a Long Horns.

Solid Steakhouse. Best among the casual dining chains. Truly Great Prime Rib & Strip steaks!

I've never had a bad meal at Longhorn. Ever. We've been going to this location for over a decade. If there has been an issue at all, it was fixed immediately on first request.

Sometimes we have waited an hour outside at peak times to be seated, but it is always worth it.

I nearly always get a steak, and it remains my favorite place for steak. You will drop some money in here though. For my family of 5, we are usually out $120+ by meal's end. But the food was so good you just don't care.

Nice atmosphere. The bread they serve is amazing. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and accomidating to all our request. Only issue I had was I asked for MED RARE and it came out MED Well. I was asked if I wanted it redone, but I was ready to eat. I appreciated the offer. All in all, recommended.

Seated immediately. Prompt friendly service. Food was excellent as always.

Really like this restaurant. Food is great and service is very good. I especially love Flo's filet.

We were a party of seven from the time we sat down to the time we got our mail was an hour and 15 minutes way too long since four of us only ordered salads that were not that great I had the fry chicken salad that tasted like it was cooked in old grease.

Our food was good, and the steaks were well prepared, but the service was terrible. Our waitress rarely returned to our table, and never in a timely manner.

Good Place! I had the salmon and it was cooked just right. The portion was generous and the sides were just as good.

The food tastes good, and is good, but the order isn't always correct. The kitchen is slow but waitstaff is usually attentive. Management is always accommodating. If you don't mind waiting, and can tolerate mistakes, this can be a good place to eat.

From calling for call ahead seating to the end of our dinner was a top notch! There were 15 of us celebrating a graduation. Service was excellent, food amazing. Thank you Longhorn for making our night even more special!

We were told they don't do reservations over the phone & we waited an hour to be seated. The food however, was delicious.

this was a very good place to go it was a Sunday we had 21 people in our party. They did a fantastic job in seating us and taking our orders, everything came it was timely and hot , staff was nice they were friendly and attentive. It was a nice place to go.

Awesome service. I came here on a very special day for me however, I was on my break with my mother, but I enjoyed the steak that I got. Cooked perfectly. Was not burnt, juicy; perfect. Could not have asked for better service, and the cheesecake was delicious as well

Always good food and good service, both for dinner and for lunch. The parmesan chicken is my favorite, but everything else I've had was good too!

We were seated quickly. Which was the only good.thing about our visit. We waited almost 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged us even though several servers passed the table even with though the previous tab was on the table. So we walked out.

Best steak ever 15 oz Delmonico promotion so I would go get it while you can!

So annoyed! Went to have dinner with my husband and son have a nice dinner until my husband hands the waitress his debit card she walks away and then walks back hands my husband the bill, we both looked at her like you already took our card. Yea! The waitress LOST his card in the matter of 5 mins or so that she was gone!! She went searching for the card and you know she couldn't find it because the manager came over and was like we can take your info and that was it.... not do you have another form of payment or I'm sorry here is a gift card for the next time... NOTHING. Thank god I had my wallet (which I never do when I am with my husband). We love longhorn but we will never go to this one again, I will find a different one to go to. (If I have to give a star it will be 1)

I am NOT happy on my order!!! With it being take out, I got the family meal of chicken tenders. The side are ONLY enough for 2 people. Not worth on ordering again.

Used the to go ordering system and was delighted with everything! Service was friendly and thorough (went through each item with me to make sure it was all there). Food was hot and well packaged so it was still a tasty temperature when I got home 20 mins later. And the online ordering system is easy to use while giving lots of customization options. Great experience!

Very good food pleasant atmosphere. For steak Longhorns is best place

Was a quiet atmosphere that a conversation over good food was able to be held... Very unlike several other steak houses in the area.... Leftovers the next day were just as tasty... Wait staff was professional and on point.

This was the best steak and rib eye we have ever had and that says a lot. I was so amazed I had actually found a place that knew how to cook them correctly and with flavor. Definitely will be having dinner here again soon.

Our experience was awesome. All 3 of our steaks were perfect! I think our server's name was Chrissie and she was very sweet. She even let us know that our Disney debit card could be used to get a free picture at Disneyland! This place has a great atmosphere, has great food, and great service!

So disappointed. Went in on a Tuesday night waited 20 minutes, seated, ordered the outlaw steak and was told they were out....3 of us had to decide again what we wanted. Waitress comes back and I order the prime rib...they are out. Tried again and ordered the Porterhouse...nope out of that one too! Wow, a steakhouse without steak. It's a shame how bad management can ruin some one's business. I'll never go back.

Wow! Perfectly prepared steak and very professional waitress / waiter service!

The food was nice. However, my only wish is the quantity was a bit more. The service took so long, it was as if the waitress/waiter forgot about my table. Scenery was nice and well decorated and music was rather enjoyable to listen to.

From Michigan on vacation to visit folks...Greeted by Tommy who wasn't really the "doorman or concierge" but the Manager!! Seated and was wonderfully met by our server Courtney!! Well...from the initial contact one could tell this business is a Love for her and it showed! Her attentiveness, cheerful demeanor and spot on service made her stand out over Wait staff I've encountered over the last few years!! She is what I could readily call an AMBASSADOR For Longhorn 5271!! Her service was most appreciated by our party of 4 and we reflected that in her 30% gratuity!!! I was here on business and ate twice once a steak and the other a chicken entree. I'll talk about the steak which was the bone in ribeye. I asked for it medium rare plus and it was more medium rare. It's difficult request so I did not send it back. the cut was a bit tough with too much fascia throughout the steak. I recognize that it's not the Capital Grill or Ruth's Chris but come on.

The taste of the grill seasoning was good and the overall experience with the steak was okay.

It's the first time for me at a Longhorn so I guess I would give it another try.

Our server was Jeanine,.she was very nice and polite,food was very well prepared.
I'm borderline vegan,my wife is a steakaholic.
I got the salmon and vegetables, great as always is.
