Don't Rent! You will regret it! Building in an abandoned state, cockroaches everywhere. Management don't listen and never do repairs. Windows & balcony has never been cleaned for 10 years straight!
Great Location Lots of Restaurants and Shopping. Parking Situation is Not Ideal.
Management Resist heat any other religions he s it s couple who managing with Poor English language . A lot off mold in vent systems no one change filters - some tenants have already asthma because off swimming pool full of mold no one can see how affected this building only stuff now harmful work and live in this building. In this building super was killed another it was group suicide teenagers from balcony -This Building-have Bad Karma s because it use to be house for retirees. We just see all Picture after two months get out like from bad dream.....treated like you are Nothing and pay for ..... how about healthy hazards and mental conditions.....?!?
worst service. I just called to check any available units. But the manager couldnt even understand english properly and made me repeat myself 3whole times. she was yelling at me about i called to early to look for an apartment.
Terrible place! Roaches,bed bugs and mold issue never resolved in last 5 years.
Building should be destroyed long time ago, because it was nursing home, where many old people died, but only after moving to that building i understand what is mean bad energy in apt.
Worst service, management always ignoring maintenance, very rude! Feeling looks like they givet to me free apartment .
Building not for normal people, better homeless shelter in Toronto much better.

Garbaged apartment .stay away from this building ..a lot of roaches and pests,molds ..the unit smells weird and sooo nasty!addition to this the supers are very rude .

Terrible place! Full of roaches, black mold and rude managers, which Far Investments changing every 2 months.
Marijuana smell on hallways, dirty and not maintained building.
Cockroaches in every apartment. Even if they try to kill them every 6 months.
Extremely rude staff. Cheaters , they take 500$ deposit and make unreasonable false excuses for not returning back. My apartment was infested with cockroaches. I have full proof of their conversations. DO NOT RENT
the fire hoses leaked all down through the whole building. the supers blamed it on another tennant and still have not fixed it. we had to tie our light to the shower bar because it is going to fall right off the wall. it has been well over a year. oh and our rent is going up $65 because the people they hired to do building repairs are incompetent. EDIT look, they finally fixed it! lol this place couldn't be more of a joke. handimen hired were also quite rude and then got mad at me for being rude back
