Jesse is the greatest sales man period he helped even with locating an insurance agency for the cheapest price if you're shoping for a vehicle please do not pass

I recently purchased a 2009 BMV 550 with the help of Albert whom I found through 5 mile and was extremely impressed with the customer service I was given. He was very patient and thorough throughout the whole process. I was turned down at other lots due to my credit not being the greatest but he made me feel comfortable that he could find me a car. Thanks for all your help, I love my car.

My car literally needs a new transmission after 4 months.

Well where should I start? Lol anyways I am new to Houston and desperately looking for a car. I went on Facebook and started sending everybody messages looking for the right dealership. I came across this place and I came in the last minute really stressed and I didnt know what to do. My credit was bad and I didnt have enough to put down on the car. However, Mario got me approved for a Mazda3 2013. Everyone else stayed after hours to help me get set with my new car and insurance. I dont know what people say about this place but it was the best experience ever. And I still come by the place and hang out with them. They are like family to me and they always help me with anything. Please come down to Z Auto Place I promise you, you guys won't regret it!!!!!

Had a pleasant fast and courteous experience with Reggie Zaid and Mr. Henry!!! Took care of me...made sure I had best interest rate available and was able to get me a truck I didn't think in my wildest dreams I could own!!! I SUGGEST ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE TO STOP BY AND TALK WITH THE GUYS HERE!!! It's a NO BRAINER!!!

This place suck.... we didn't even have our car for three days and it messed up then they gave us a new one and it wasn't a week and the transmission was bad. They don't check or fix they cars and they will make you pay more and more money to get a car. I recommend nobody to get a car from here, some of the workers are nice but they will sell you bad cars. The manager is mean and the person who collect the money don't care about you he just want your money.

I had the best experience, my salesman was the best!! He worked a great deal for me, He went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted within a week and got me a great monthly rate!He was honest and upfront about everything, I felt very comfortable in trusting him with my budget, I'll go back for next vehicle And I refer my friends and family!

My experience was great here. It was a two day process but totally worth it. I would've got everything done the first day only I wasn't prepared with all my paperwork. My real MVP goes out to Theo at the hwy 6 location! Who was 100% there for me through the process. He even referred a great insurance agent. I recommend everyone to check them out, they're multiple locations and offer an online inventory. I believe they work with all types of credit, my credit isn't the best but I drove off the lot with the car I came for !

I was having a very hard time finding a car because of my issue, with bad credit and no co signer. so I called Z auto. Ms Gloria was my sales lady who help me. She ask to send all my information and she will get back with me. 1 hour later she told me to come pick up my car. She was very nice, polite and helpful. She and her husband Lee work so hard for me to get me a car. Z auto is the place to go. Now me and my kids have a reliable transportation that we love as a family.

Flew from New Orleans to Houston to buy a 2010 Mercedes c63 AMG for $15,000 (obviously a good deal) as the sales person stated. I had arrived at the car lot to the sales person telling me I can t buy the vehicle because of multiple issues including title, mechanical, electrical, etc. After getting the run around, I spoke with the owner Joe! Apparently, the sales guy told me the wrong price and they would not sell me the car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Stay away from these con artist!

Albert and Alfonzo worked really hard from the time I walked in until I was able to walk out and drive away with my 2019 Toyota Camry. Please come see them it s definitely worth it all!!!! 2 thumbs, five stars , they deserve it all

Worst experience of my life. These guys are LIARS. I asked multiple times to a girl named Veronica if my downpayment was good before I came in and wasted money on a insurance policy. After get confirmation multiple times I came in and talked to a random person named Eduardo who then proceeded to waste 3 hours of my time. I bought a insurance policy while there because he said it was all good. Once done he didn t even care. He greeted the next guest with smiles. Take your money to someone who cares.

The sales man here has gone on a 9 day binge everyday asking for a little more references, more statements, more bills, more, more, more... They keep texting my phone like they don't have my email. Not only are they texting my phone but they're texting my partners phone everyday. I would not have purchased here if I knew it was going to continue on like this,... I've purchased many vehicles from small and large dealerships, never has anything gone on past 2 days.......

We were there this past Saturday, and Mr. Albert and Gloria were so polite, and continued to stay on top of updating throughout the financing process, and they were quick! I ve been to other dealerships, and they help get you in the door, and then you never see them for hours in out. They also did everything to work with our budget! I keep calling about my refund and I your worker to note I been calling so I don't have to keep calling or we can look for a different resolution he told me ahead so I should find a way on my own by calling the cops he told me go ahead 3000 I only want my money back n to tell you it's not showing up as a credit stop avoiding my calls

My girlfriend and I purchased a Chrysler 200 from here in March. Hollywood was the salesman. But the car has had nothing but constant issues. Now something has to be replaced in the passenger seat so the car will turn on and off and that cost over $1500. Don't shop here. It's a scam for bad cars.

I didn t even want to give them one star they don t deserve any stars !
I have been interested in a vehicle for a few days wanted to make sure that was a V-8 was told that it was a V-8 but with the situation they couldn t approve me without more money down or a different signer. So it was kind a like they just started ignoring me didn t want my business anymore. Then I was wrote that the car was sold but there was another one there if I was interested well I wasn t because it wasn t a V-8. So I told the car I wanted but I didn t know it was from the same dealer I double checked to make sure it was the vehicle that I was looking for it was I was super happy I was super excited but the car had a lot of flaws the tires need to be replaced The ABS light was on the driver side window did not roll down the AC blew hard but it was not cold. The sales guy told me (RO) That all of it would be fixed before I left went in with finance told me we had a deal the payments were exactly where I wanted and I was super happy then they stated they just needed me to get the insurance and references I waited for about four hours to be seen by finance again and then Johnny the original sales guy came back and told me that there was a problem that I wouldn t be able to take the vehicle home that evening because of the ABS light and safety which I understand and I appreciate it. Well then because of the repairs having to be done on the vehicle they were going to make me pay for it! So because of the flaws that I found on the vehicle they tacked onto the price of the car 1k!
The sales guy Johnny told me that the car was for 18,000 but really I was signing for $21,000 vehicle that was only worth 17,400 on CARFAX. I couldn t do the deal it wasn t worth it it would ve only stressed me out as far as the new payment went because of them having to add on $1000 of repairs that I shouldn t have been responsible paying for. I also saw that there was one open recalls for the vehicle that should ve been fixed before I had even gotten to the lot
If you go with this dealer just make sure you do ask for the CARFAX and then buy your own car fax to compare if they have altered anything And heaven for bid there be a flaw on the vehicle they re going to make you pay for it.
I don t recommend this dealer at all
Row was a good sales person he in no way did me wrong but how finance try to make me pay for the repairs and how the original sales man Johnny told me was not right they shouldn t have treated a person that right and taking advantage of me just because I m a woman.
Oh and now they have the car back up on 5 miles listed as an SRT8 was only 50,000 miles on it!!!!

I came to this location was out on the lot looking at the cars for over 20 min and no one ever came out to help me or ask me if i needed assistance.Very unprofessional and lazy. The sales reps saw me through the glass n just keept ignoring me.

I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone! I dealt with Greg and he is Fantastic!! BUT, i bought a car from them a year ago and still to this day i have ongoing problems with the vehicle. They promised to fix the check engine light and it never got fixed. Arguing back and forth with the owner for a week straight. I kept getting lied to over and over about them fixing my car. Please don t go here unless you want to spend thousands of dollars fixing your new vehicle.

Owner is greedy only me me and me, they stole 1000 from my downpayment they never returned,they loose the court thats why they closed this location.

I contacted rual a week before I was suppose to come.He took all my info and told me that the car I wanted was there. I drive 3 hours to get to him just for him tell me that "he sold the car an hour before I got there" .Which I believe was never there. They tired to sell me 2 car that was twice as much I was welling to put down.. Had a bad attitude like i wasted there time..The sells manager was rude. I tried to negotiate a deal with him, since it didn't work for him he drove off right in front of my face. They both wrecked of alcohol.. N i never drove off with a car n no they don't in house fiance.. And if the cars they tried to sell was received for somebody else but he said first come first serve bc they tried to sell me somebody car that was received for somebody else ..... Bad service would not recommend...

Was told something completely different on the phone than in person after a hour drive

NIsha Coleman did not buy a vehicle from Z Auto Place on Highway 6. I checked our database and this name as it is indicated here NEVER purchase a vehicle from us. Now, there were a Coleman that we allow to take our vehicle home pending verification of her information, but because of privacy, I will not give the first name. This person presented us with fake paystubs and identification. Naturally, as the Manager, I was less than respectful for a person who will attemp freudulent means to obtain a vehicle. Since the begining of 2017, the Management and staff of Z Auto place has changed, the old mentalilty of doing crazy deals are over. WE WILL NOT AND DO NOT TOLERATE FRAUD.

Such a waste of time they tell you one thing and when you get there it s another.

I went up to Z auto place one Saturday to get a car the salesman Jonathan was stand outside he greated very well he ask what I was looking for and I told him and his team and his team work very hard to get me in that car that wanted so I say if u r looking for a car go to them they will no let u down

The car parked here for two months, and ultimately did not repair, repair people do not understand why not, because the price is too costly to fix. Or are there other reasons, in short, you better not have a car accident, or else suffer are the owners, but also a waste of time and energy, last much money to get compensation. We will always be victims.
