Office staff is spectacular there are patient, they took the time to listen to the care needs and found the solution to make those care needs happen efficiently and quickly! I have worked for a few caregiving companies in the past and this one is by far the best! This company genuinely cares about their caregivers just as much as they do their clients. I am coming here through the perspective of a caregiver not a client. I can tell you that if the caregivers are happy the clients will be happy. This company genuinely cares about providing quality care for clients not just filling shifts. I live in another state from my parents, so when my mom was discharged home with hospice - I needed additional caregiver support and found Danville Support Services. Everyone was so supportive and caring! It didn t matter who I called- the office, the administrator, billing or caregivers themselves- they knew me, who my mom was and even about my dad! Helen was our main caregiver and I cannot say enough good about her- she was so compassionate and efficient and mindful of what we needed. She would keep me updated regularly.
