Danville is an absolutely amazing company. The caregivers are well educated attentive and take initiative with the clients needs. Office staff is spectacular there are patient, they took the time to listen to the care needs and found the solution to make those care needs happen efficiently and quickly! I have worked for a few caregiving companies in the past and this one is by far the best! This company genuinely cares about their caregivers just as much as they do their clients. I am coming here through the perspective of a caregiver not a client. I can tell you that if the caregivers are happy the clients will be happy. This company genuinely cares about providing quality care for clients not just filling shifts. Im going on 5 years now with this company which says a lot because as a caregiver the turnover is very high in this field of work. It is a wonderful place to work. If you are looking for Quality Care for your loved ones you will love this company.

I live in another state from my parents, so when my mom was discharged home with hospice - I needed additional caregiver support and found Danville Support Services. Everyone was so supportive and caring! It didn t matter who I called- the office, the administrator, billing or caregivers themselves- they knew me, who my mom was and even about my dad!
Helen was our main caregiver and I cannot say enough good about her- she was so compassionate and efficient and mindful of what we needed. She would keep me updated regularly. She had a great sense of humor which was so perfect for my dad! Thank you Danville for caring so much and providing such a needed service in an amazing manner!
