I live in another state from my parents, so when my mom was discharged home with hospice - I needed additional caregiver support and found Danville Support Services. Everyone was so supportive and caring! It didn t matter who I called- the office, the administrator, billing or caregivers themselves- they knew me, who my mom was and even about my dad!
Helen was our main caregiver and I cannot say enough good about her- she was so compassionate and efficient and mindful of what we needed. She would keep me updated regularly. She had a great sense of humor which was so perfect for my dad! Thank you Danville for caring so much and providing such a needed service in an amazing manner!
