Absolutely miserable place to live. The concierges are just lazy and incompetent but the management actively tries to make your life miserable. I'd rather spend some time at the Hanoi Hilton than spend another night at this place.

These people don t care about you or even doing business, if I could give them -5 I would they don t even deserve to waste your time with them

Really love the design structure of this new building.

Been a resident here since pre-construction and it really is a great place to work. Wish the gym had a bench press but other than that, the amenities and staff are fantastic

VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE - 2560 EGLINTON AVE.. There are a lot of theifts in locker rooms. The management company and the board of directors does nothing to stop it nor do they compensate you for your lost items. A100 year old lady lost everything stored in her locker room, items dating back to when she got married in 1939-her wedding photos. The office manager and the Board know what happened to her stuff, they threw all of it out. They told this poor old lady to read the the Condo By-Laws and claim from her insurance. DO NOT BY A UNIT IN THIS BUILDING!!!! I'm a concerned neighbour.

I can honestly say that Daniels is nothing more than a money-hungry business that will take you for all you have and give you nothing. Daniels doesn t care about you once they have your money and lock you in. They will forget you when new projects are underway and leave management to incompetent people who are looking for a six figure salary with little to no work being involved. Try waking up every single morning at the crack of dawn to aggressive construction workers trying to build a building for an unrealistic timeline. Get ready to have concierge that are taking several smoke breaks and you can never find. Get ready to pay hefty monthly bills for only half it s worth. And get ready for threatening management that will literally send the city of Mississauga to put two parking tickets on you or your visitors car because they are trying to prove a point. Daniels buildings may look promising based on the naked eye, but that s where the good of Daniels ends. I regret moving here.
