In the early years when Todd would help me understand and become a better beekeeper to more recently Jennifer helping me meet a government deadline in completing a necessary form, the service has always been top notch. Ordered six nucs great customer service.
And traveled from northern Ontario to pick them up.
Was slightly disappointed when I was struggling to find wax.

But the girl working (I wish I had gotten her name) went above and beyond to go double check what they had in stock! (I was even in luck)

They helped load up our hives, 6 nucs and 105lbs of wax. Most definitely going to them for all bee keeping needs!

Very happy with the kind and informed help offered both via email and phone. I made a large order and when the cartons arrived one was busted open in a few spots. After explaining the situation and sharing photos they were very quick to address some problems that resulted. Great customer service!!

I attended two workshops and rate their program 5 stars! Malcolm, the instructor, is quite knowledgable and very clearly covers the material and runs the practical demonstrations in a pleasant and efficient manner. I recommend attending, it's well worth the fees!

The people at dancing bee are some of the best! I bought two full assembled hives from them and had it all shipped to me. They had my order out to Canadian Post in record time. When it arrived one of the pieces had come broken. I contacted them and they sent an apology and a replacement piece right away. They handled the situation wonderfully. I absolutely recommend.

For a start these people are dog friendly so invited my dogs to visit too. Everyone here was very friendly and made shopping fun and an absolute pleasure. The raw honey I bought is truly delicious and healthy too. These people really know their products and are willing to share their knowledge so I will be sure to go back there very soon.

I recently purchased a Dadant 12 frame extractor, the equipment more than exceeded my expectations for quality and construction. Customer service was excellent responding and answering all my questions and concerns. Dancing bee is very professional and a pleasure to deal with! The store is located down a dead end road and you have to go up the owner's driveway. We will be repeat costumers!

I work as a vendor to the United Nations. We received a project that needed apiculture equipment and I contacted Dancing Bee Equipment in hope that they could be our supplier for the mission. Their response however was highly unprofessional and immature. Their CEO/Head Beekeeper, Todd Kalisz, responded to my email but it was clear he meant to sent it to his sales team. His response, "Ignore this email. Todd."

I do not know if he thought my company is fake or whatever, but nevertheless it was quite an inappropriate response to any potential customer looking to purchase from a company.

Excellent service comes from excellent communication. I've had a couple of orders now, online and over the phone, and the service is "Top Shelf". Purchased all my equipment, medication, and Two bee NUCS from Dancing Bee Equipment. Great help and advise from the staff and owner himself, Todd. The equipment is top notch and most importantly the bee NUCS are strong and healthy with lots of bees, brood, eggs and honey. Right away after installing NUCS, next day the bees were right at it, collecting pollen and adapting well to their new home. Thanks Dancing Bee Equipment for the great experience!

Got a nuc and our beekeeping kits from here. They were very busy, but helpful when they had the time. People travel very far for equipment from these guys, so they must be the best of the best.

I've been able to watch this company grow over the years and had the opportunity to be on location many times and love this place. The storefront is very nice, with a well organized shop and friendly staff. It's always neat to be able to see the behind the scenes of how the honey is collected and viewing the bees in action. All honey is local and fresh! I'd highly recommend the location as well as their honey products as it's the best around town.
