Our washer was not working correctly. I called Dales. From the start they were professional and helpful. They had just reopened after being closed from the virus, so they went over the protocols for having a service employee come into my home, asked what the washer was doing, and set an appointment. Mike was our service tech. He professional, on time and took the time to explain everything he was doing as he worked through the process of fixing our washer. Mike made sure the washer was working before he left, cleaned up and went over the work warranty as well as the warranty of the part. I highly recommend Dales for your service repair needs.
