This place is the best. Great selection of vegan dishes. Don't skip it if you're not vegan. The food is amazing.

Second time visiting this restaurant. In my opinion the best vegan restaurants in town! The service here is fabulous and welcoming. The home made drinks and vegan ice cream are to die for. Pretty much anything you get will blow your mind. Worth the hour drive.

Words cannot describe this food! Definitely try the chickn' biscuit and they ice cream is by far the best ice cream I have ever had!!! If you haven't eaten here, you are absolutely missing out!!!!

Such a comfy and inviting place. The food is legit, the best food I have ever had out. My boyfriend and I were blown away to say the least. I will also be recommending this place to my non vegan friends and family. Do not pass this place up for anything else, you will regret not going sooner!

Good place to get sick and die from Coronavirus! Nobody wears a mask and they make you stand in line. The servers wear the mask on the chin completely useless. There is coronavirus spit all over your food by the time you get it if you do. I turned around and took my business elsewhere. This is why local businesses all over the country are going broke, they break the law.

Look. I stay in orlando and been vegan for a hot minute now (goin on 4 years) and i frequent all the vegan spots around here. ALL of them. what im tryna tell yall is DAJEN EATS THE BEST VEGAN FOOD. LOVE AT FIRST BITE. Im tryna tell all my friends to come through but they sleepin. I hope dajen can find success and flourish in this town. It means allot to me to see a vegan joint, away from the yuppie side of town AND black owned. THANK YOU DAJEN!

It was my very first time trying Vegan food and I do not regret it! Such a nice place and I love the island vibe. The food was amazing! I had the jerk chicken with rice and beans and the brown stew cauliflower were the greatest!! And do not leave without eating the ice cream! So good!! Definitely a great experience you won't regret.

I tried the hoaxtails and jerk chicken and oh my goodness it was Amazing no.... phenomenal the staff was very friendly and helpful , the desserts are next level goodness

Love the new "Red Velvet" vegan icecream flavor. Absolutely amazing! My personal favorite it the, "Jerk Chkn Sammich", delicious and filling.

If you do build a bowl get extra sauce and extra protein. The identity crisis is excellent.

This place is amazing. I had both the buffalo and sweet & spicy cauliflower (buffalo was better). I also had the sandwich that was half buffalo and half jerk chicken... wow mind blown. Definitely recommend it

The chikun biscuit was amazing! The biscuit was fluffy while remaining substantial, buttery, flaky, and so delicious. The chikun was air fried, crispy, and had a nice seasoned, salty taste. It paired perfectly with the biscuit. I loved it so much, I ate two! The rainbow slaw and sweet and spicy cauliflower bites were both fantastic sides. My friend got the identity crisis sandwich, which is half buffalo chikun/half jerk sandwich. The irie cream is amazing too! I definitely recommend visiting a few times. I can't wait to go back to try some of their dinner specials (I'm looking at you, lasagna). The best part, it's all VEGAN! Yay!

Who new Jamaican vegan food was so much closer than I thought to me! I had a jerk Sammie and it was so delicious. The flavors were crazy good! I also got a one of the honey- garlic cauliflower pre-made meals to go that I had the next day and it was also delicious. Now let's talk about the vegan ice cream that they make. I got the chocolate, grapenut, and eggless nog (I forgot their actual fun flavor names) and they were all ridiculously yummy! Made from coconut milk, great texture, lovely flavors that even my finicky brother liked. I wish they made bigger sizes to take home. I'll be returning soon and spreading the word.

I really wanted to like this place and when two vegan chef's go out to eat we always expect some issues of some sort. Customer service was really good but the food was nothing to be wowed about ( especially when you are jamaican and nothing tasted jamaican). I had the cinnamon crunch ice cream and if I can suggest that they shouldn't add the cereal to the actual ice cream until it needs to be served, it was really soggy and just couldn't enjoy it. I hate to give only 2 stars but it was definitely not our cup of tea.

I've been hearing some great things about this place and finally paid a visit. I was around the area, well about 18 minutes away, but seemed like as good an opportunity as any to swing through and I'm glad I did. I had the Build A Bowl with rice & peas, crispy fried chick'n and cauliflower. It was delicious! Great mixture of flavors and still had the feel of a Caribbean dish. I followed that up with 3 scoops of irie cream, which was also really good. This place satisfied my desire for good Caribbean food and delicious meatless fare. I only wish they had a location on my side of town (Kissimmee). Regardless, I'll be sure to come back and bring my family along with me.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and everything was delicious. I had rice and peas bowl with double jerk chickun, double crispy fried chickun, and coleslaw. Additionally, I had the freshly made irie cream cookies and cream and carrot cake flavors. Absolutely delicious!

Food is great. Atmosphere is cute. The guy who took my order was dreamy. If you're a vegan or vegetarian, you've gotta try this place. If you're an adventurous omnivore, you gotta try this place. If you're a carnivore, maybe give it a pass... Or come for the ice cream!

I got the sweet and sour cauliflower along with the jerk chicken as a bowl and it was delicious. I appreciated that those items weren't fried (it said on the menu oil free) and the food wasnt heavy. My mom who is not vegan had the jerk chicken and said it tasted like real jerk chicken. I also got the ice cream and it was super good. My food tasted a little old but it might be because we got there 45 minutes before they closed. I would go back.

Everyone is ranting about this spot, and now I understand why. I am not a vegan or vegetarian but I do enjoy good food. This is beyond good food, it is excellent. The chicken biscuit had my taste buds fooled, thought it was chicken the whole time. Definitely going back and would recommend to both my carnivorous and vegan friends.

Vegan food you must try. It is conveniently located inside of of gas station and is a hidden treasure. The food is all made from scratch and is served up fresh and with a ton of soul and love. You will enjoy the tropical Jamacian food. And it will be as pleasurful to your tastebuds as it is for the earth and your body!

Jamaican inspired dishes turned VEGAN!!!! Yes please, everything on the menu looked great. They even have some items that are only available on certain days! This is a hidden gem that everyone should try. You will not be disappointed!!!

One of the best and most unique meals for a great price. They have a wonderful, laid-back atmosphere. DaJen Eats boasts breakfast and lunch menus, with new varieties all the time. Highly recommend a visit, I haven't found flavor like it anywhere else.

DaJen Eats Cafe & Creamery is Ah-MAZ-ing! Her tofu/seitan "chicken" patties are the best vegan chicken I have ever tasted! I served them at a party and everyone (my non-vegan friends) thought I had cooked real chicken! HA! MUST try items here are: chicken biscuit, buffalo chicken sammie, Identity Crises sammie, & You pick two bowl. The tuna is amazing also. Then there is the ice cream... LOVE this place. So thankful to have her food in my life!
(Oh, and @Jacob Gerhardt - did you really deduct a star simply because its in a gas station? There is also a taco food truck outside. Yes, it's different, but it doesn't make it bad. Inventive if you ask me! I say KUDOS!

Best place ever by a 9 yrld that absolutely hated califlour. The family has been debating back and forth about going vegan so the daughter and I had our date night here after school and yes I take my daughter on date nights. Drew, my dude you rock! Drew is the manager and chef. Just talk to Drew and you will see the passion he has for cooking. Thank you for the great date night Drew.

Tried @dajeneats for the first time and it did not disappoint! Caribbean comfort food at its best.... plants never tasted so good lol! Shout-out to Drew! He made the experience seem-less with such a huge demand and long line. He asked questions, gave suggestions, and made us feel so welcomed for our first time visit. Thanks to JR and Gustavo as well!! We ll be coming back for sure

Recently got diagnosed with a gluten allergy so eating out isn't something I look forward to anymore, its so hard trying to find the right stuff to eat that actually taste GOOD but after trying Chef Jenn food MANNNNNN I'm in love even though it wasn't much gluten free options YET I was able to have the broccoli salad with tuna and that was simply AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG and full of FLAVOUR the chef herself came out and took care of my order. Almost made me make a U-turn for a second plate. You see a gas station you immediately think heck no but I'm glad I decided to have a change of mind today and its BLACK OWNED HECK YEAAAAAA. ( I don't usually do reviews but I had too today )HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This was the first time I've had sweet and spicy cauliflower with rice and peas and I loved every bite. The staff was very helpful and the food was prepared fresh for my order. I also tried the Jerked chick'n sandwich and it was awesome as well. I definitely plan to return.

Definitely one of Eatonville s hidden gems. The food is absolutely amazing! I still can t believe that my entire Jamaican meal was completely vegan. DaJen Eats vegan version of Rum Raisin ice cream is a must try. There is also a little cute free lending library inside the cafe. I loved the atmosphere and the great vibes. The staff was extremely friendly. It was the perfect place for Sunday dinner.

Read about this vegan place in Pulptown and was delighted that it was a stone's throw from one of the places I volunteer at in Eatonville. Went on a Sunday and was happy to find the place hoppin' and dog friendly (outside). Was overwhelmed with the selections until the waitress told me the menu was scaled down for Sundays and she recommended the Hoax tails with rice and beans. It was AMAZING! The jerk flavors were boldly robust without overwhelming you while the rice and beans were a flavorful accompaniment. A side salad of broccoli and cabbage slaw was served with the meal. I do wish I had gotten a picture of the dish to post before I consumed it...next time I must get the Lime and Coconut ice cream, which I got to sample thanks to an enthusiastic waiter who cajoled me into trying it while waiting for my meal.

Today was my first time trying food from DaJen Eats and let me tell you....IT WAS DELICIOUS! As someone from the Caribbean that is vegan, it s really hard finding decent restaurants that have that homestyle taste, but this place had it all! Starting today this is my new go to spot!
