The driver that picked us up was 1 hour late! That's an hour we could have spent going to places we have planned. Our itinerary was ruined because of the delay. I will never hire them again.

Had the best experience with NVTT on our wine tasting trip. Andy, our driver, was professional, funny and overall helped make our day memorial. He recommended a wonderful sandwich shop and even offered to get our food while we wine tasted. The limo was always stocked with waters. Overall we felt very taken care of. I know the economy is tough for small businesses right now and I m happy to support this one more in the future.

The booking experience was over the top. They were so helpful, even staying a bit late to make sure I was all set for the next day. Driver was prompt, courteous, and a lot of fun. Will definitely use them again!

There is no value for a high tour cost, and the performance was the lowest the tours that I have been ever. The vehicle was old, cup holder broken and TV video is not working. The tour in the afternoon was too long and the tour guide spoke in a quiet monotonous tone without expression. So much so that myself and another passenger went to sleep. I will never use this tour group book again.

We used NVT for a work function over the weekend.
I opted to plan the trip ahead of contacting NVT, so we only used their transportation services. Next time we head back out, we will absolutely use them for everything.
Our driver, Adam, was excellent, and very intuitive. As the main planner for this trip, it was such a relief to have someone who knew the area well, knew information, and, well, pretty much knew everything there is to know.

Adam made our trip absolutely amazing.

The vehicles, the Packard and the Mercedes Van were impeccable. The most outstanding part of the two-day trip was the driver, Chris. He had the car ready and waiting where we needed it and when we needed it. He was very helpful about loading purchases. His driving was expert and comfortable.

Showed up on time at 3:30am and we made record time to the airport. Awesome experience.

Our flight into SFO was delayed by 5 hours getting us there at midnight. Will our driver was waiting for us no problem. He safely drove us to Yountville in the middle of the night. He was great!! Very courteous full of good information very friendly. I was so glad we booked Napa Valley Tours! I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, promptness and attention to detail.

Just got back from a wine country tour that covered 5 counties, 5 vineyards and 3 wineries in 2 days and I am SO GLAD that we did it with Napa Valley Tours & Transportation! Laudelina and Adam took AMAZING care of our group from start to finish. They were fun, knowledgable, perfectly timed and patient with our group of 45 very rowdy revelers. I cannot thank them enough for making our trip organized, punctual and a total blast! Recommended to anyone who is looking for an above and beyond wine country tour. Did a great job providing transportation for our wedding in San Francisco.

NVTT provided us with transportation for 11 from Napa to San Francisco for our staff holiday dinner. Our driver, Michelle, was very friendly and professional, and the rate was very competitive. We had a marvelous time!

We had Wenner for 4 days and it was the most incredible experience with a driver. Would highly recommend Napa Tours and Transportation. All communication was professional and timely.

This company is a mess. Everything here is a free-for-all. The company structure is disorganized and management is chaotic. This company is headed by a family, which probably explains why a lot of people in upper management are not fit for their positions. You are better off finding work somewhere else.

I worked with Napa Valley Tours and Transportation to shuttle a group of 75 people over a 3 day weekend. We used 2 buses on Friday and Sunday and 3 buses on Saturday. I organized all the reservations and provided the itinerary to the sales representative. The sales rep communicated the itinerary and all changes to the drivers so that they were well prepared. NVTT's prices were competitive, their sales team was responsive, their buses were beautiful, and their drivers were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped make our weekend trip seamless for all our guests. I'd highly recommend them for any sized group and will definitely be reaching out for any Napa related transportation needs in the future!

Jim Keller took our daughter and friends for their first visit to Napa Valley and Sonoma. He was so adept at providing background on the vineyards, the historical footprint of the area it was a gift to be with him. We are a fan of Napa Valley Tours.

Rude and unprofessional driver who even arrived late and was still arrogant. No explanations and apologies offered even when we had to wait for 45 minutes for the driver to arrive. I don't know if NVTT still screens their drivers carefully. I hope they do because if not, this will negatively affect their services

Like many other reviewers here, I would like to say that they need to filter some bad drivers out. Some drivers are rude and uncooperative. Dealing with them is as bad as banging your head on a wall.

Initially we thought renting from a limo service like NVT would be a little bit pricey but boy did we get a ton of bang for our buck. Kerry was an excellent driver, offering tidbits about Napa as we moved from place to place. Cell reception is pretty bad and as you can imagine the wineries are pretty spread out so depending on Lyft/Uber would have been tough for 7+ people.

Work there as a chauffeur/ your guide. Professional and knowledgeable.

These people just push you to make the sales. They ignore what you have to say and don't value you as a customer even if you make the payment. The staff seems incompetent and uninterested.

Joe was absolutely fantastic! He arrived to our pickup spot early, transported us safely but swiftly to meet all of our appointment times, and helped us with a few detours along the way. Control the Language

Though I understand that driving through San Francisco traffic can be stressful, the drivers of this company need to watch their language. Customers like me get irritated with constant complaints and use of foul language and words.

We've used Napa Valley Tours and Transportation the past four or five years for a corporate event, and have always found the scheduling staff to be responsive and helpful, and the drivers to be timely. The vehicles are always spotless and comfortable. We return year after year because we know we'll receive the same great service each time, no matter who we're coordinating with. Highly recommend NVTT!

We used this company for our wedding events. They were on time, friendly, professional and flexible. Vehicles were terrific!

The drivers come late and have rude attitude. They are very unprofessional and don't care about their client's time. They are not even apologetic for making us wait for 45 minutes. I hope NVTT would screen their drivers a little more stricter, not just based on their experience but also based on their behavior.

Some staff here is not good at english. They just repeat scripted lines and do not listen to you. They made the entire booking experience quite frustrating.

The worst customer service experience I had was from this company. The trip I booked was cancelled, not by me, but by them, Getting a refund was so hard to get, which I don't understand because they were the one who cancelled anyway.

I made plans to take my GF and Marcus collar made some reservations for me then we agreed to make some changes and when the day came he never actually made the reservation and just lied to me. He also said he would be available during my trip so when I called him he never called or emailed me back and also I rented a sprinter for 7 hrs and they sent me one that the radio didn t work they are the worst never again

This was absolutely the best thing our group did in Napa Valley! Our pilot was absolutely fabulous and shared as much information as we wanted and had the best sense of humor. The flight was breathtaking from the second we left the ground until we landed. We had a group of 9 and several were scared of heights but once we left the ground, that fear went away immediately. We did the champagne breakfast afterwards and it was fantastic. Really great food and atmosphere! Highly recommend to add this to your itinerary while in Napa Valley!

I worked here for a short while and ti wasn't worth it. This company was poorly managed that the employees don't have the right behavior and professionalism needed. The management was so terrible at their job that they don't know how to effectively manage their people to avoid having complaints about their employees. I'm glad I'm not part of this company anymore.

We used Napa Valley Tours & Transportation for a day trip to Sonoma for my 50th Birthday. I highly recommend using them. Our driver was awesome from start to finish. Had a great experience this weekend with NVTT. They provided a wonderful experience and communication was great. We hired the 9 person luxury wine van and our driver, James Brown, was fun and accommodating. We elected to use the concierge service and Roxanne listened to our preferances and designed a great day even though we planned the trip last minute. Paul was an amazing guide, great knowledge of the area and he helped us modify our itinerary mid day when we needed to. He even ran to a local pharmacy to pick up something that my mom had accidentally forgotten to bring on our trip. Talk about going the extra mile!

Went out to wine country with a group of 12 this past week and we chose NVT to take us to each winery. Our driver Bruce Young was the absolute BEST. Mostly because he had to deal with us but also because he was very laidback and kind. We made a friend in him while we were out there. Very prompt, courteous and professional service. Outbound trip was upgraded to a larger vehicle at no charge. This was a 5-hour trip with outbound and return on separate days. Cost was competitive. This was our first experience with NVTT and were very pleased with our selection.

We hired NVT to pick us up at the Silverado Resort in Napa, take us to San Francisco for dinner, and then pick us up from the restaurant and take us to a musical revue in downtown SF. Michael was our driver, and we couldn't have been more pleased with both driver and the company. There was no problem in changing the pick up location and the time. Michael was there in plenty of time and got us to the City on time, actually early, for our dinner so we could enjoy it, and then picked us up and took us to the show. He was right there when the show was over and drove us back to Napa. Michael was an excellent driver and person. When we arrived at our destination he was received with applause by our group. The evening was perfect and Michael was the perfect driver for us. Thank you to Napa Valley Tranportation, Joanne Griffin, and Michael for making this an evening to remember.

My friends and I had a wonderful day of being escorted around Napa Valley with Napa Valley Tours & Transportation last week. They were on time, courteous and professional. Our driver did a great job of getting us to all of our appointments on time and in a relaxed manner. Could not recommend them more!

NVTT should be screening and training their new drivers thoroughly. They have a lot of great drivers over the years, but they have some who are rude and do not have manners. These drivers are ruining their good standing. One more thing is punctuality. They should be very keen on showing up on agreed time. People are trusting them to be there on time, they should respect everyone's time, as well.

We will absolutely choose NVT again on our next Napa visit. NVT shuttled us in style to & from our Napa wedding from our hotel. Our driver was professional & helpful. I left my cell phone on the bus! The staff assured me I d get it back - took a team of employees to make that happen in time for us to catch our flight home. They really went the extra mile for us.

The administrative staff was very prompt in receiving my request and prompt when handling payment. They were very professional in email and on the phone. Our driver Rodney was very hospitable and accommodating. We brought our group in from Minneapolis, stayed in San Francisco, and took a day trip to Napa and it was first class all the way. Thank you!

I read each of these reviews and I can honestly say that every detail is explained thoroughly to every potential client. Apparently two of these reviewers weren't listening to what was explained. If you book a five hour wine tour, whether you use one hour or five hours, you will be charged for the five hours. If you ask your chauffeur how long he is at your disposal, he will make himself available for as long as you need so if you go over your alotted time, of course you should be expected to pay additional fees for any additional time. You can't blame that on the chauffeur as you were the one who made the reservations and should expect any additional charges for additional time. The same goes if you book two days and only use one day, you booked two and this Julie Burdick was simply doing her job. If you cancel without prior notification, then you should be charged due to the fact that is lost revenue for that business as they had it reserved for you, as is the chauffeur. She could have been assigned to another job, but because you cancelled without notice, you likely cost her a days income as well as the company. That's why there is a provision of being subject to being charged without a 48 hours notice. I personally know this is explained in detail. This company is the best in the Napa Valley and I personally recommend NAPA VALLEY TOURS & TRANSPORTION.

The front desk staff was very annoying. I don't know if she speaks English or she just doesn't try to listen to what I was saying. She keeps on babbling about what they have to offer, which I already know. What I want was the details about our booking. Talking to her was so frustrating.

We booked this because it was out first time to the area. We had a different driver than who we were informed of about beforehand. In addition, the driver was very unprepared and was 30 minutes late on pick up. They never called to let me know of any issues with running late. I understand things happen and mistakes get made, but when you don't get the critical service that you paid for, it is tough to give a positive review.
