About one month ago an appointment at 08:30 agreed to the inspection and HU (pickup at 15 o'clock according to the employee). Then came a call at 14 o'clock, that it becomes difficult on this day with the pickup, since one does not get time. There was no alternative addressed and so I asked for the pick later that day. Was then put off at 18 o'clock. All in all not Mercedes-Benz worthy and unfortunately not an isolated case. Two stars for the chic building and the nice receptionists.
