Great engeeners wouldn't have to manipulate the cars software to reach the goals others do too and chasing too customers. So a real shame on the company. Won't ever buy a car with a star again.

As a regular customer in the third generation verprellt. Quality of both vehicles bad. Soft paint of the buttons dissolves, Night Edition turns PURPLE and the paint splinters off. Complaints management very bad. Costs should be passed on to the customer although never a goodwill request has been made and always all services etc. were made directly at MB. The next cars at a real premium manufacturer.

in addition there is the fact that the employees are totally arrogant and conceited, they all think they are something better and treat other people that way too! Not only in the car dealership, but also in the head office - unfortunately I had to get to know a few here, some of which are even worse than the individual car dealerships.
For me it was the last car from Daimler, I'd rather switch to foreign manufacturers ...

The food is now very good. You have the choice of a lot of different food. Parking spaces are getting scarcer as the upper earners want less and less to move their rear. They prefer to take the service technician, who gets the company sufficient, the places away.

Very bad service. My customer service was carried out here, 1 day later I had the same problems. An invoice of 1400 euros. Nobody wants to take over the mistakes. I'm very disappointed, I drove an extra two times 160 km but nobody cares here. I'm looking for a x-arbitrary workshop before I enter the juice shop a third time. It was a mistake, I would have preferred to keep my bike instead of a C class. You can put your cars where else. My tip NEVER buys you a Mercedes.

Worst customer service; in fact they are sufficiently self destructive for their own business. I moved from US to Canada and was denied loyalty benefits by dealership saying MBF Canada do not respect global customers. I contacted directly MBF Canada and MB Corporate office in Canada. Even after contacting many times, I only received fake assurances that someone will get back to me by the end of the day, which never happened. I can t imagine an organization treating loyal customers like this.
