Worst customer service; in fact they are sufficiently self destructive for their own business. I moved from US to Canada and was denied loyalty benefits by dealership saying MBF Canada do not respect global customers. I contacted directly MBF Canada and MB Corporate office in Canada. Even after contacting many times, I only received fake assurances that someone will get back to me by the end of the day, which never happened. I can t imagine an organization treating loyal customers like this.
