It saddens me to pen this review as I have had man...

It saddens me to pen this review as I have had many dealings with them in the past. Recently we accepted a trade and learned about the fine-print prepayment penalty of $1,600. I personally called late July and spoke to a supervisor about paying 99% of the note and then let $150 sit for a few weeks against the title. That way we would pay the prepayment penalty against a much smaller balance. The supervisor gave us the ten-day-payoff and we paid short the $150. Our cashiers check arrived on the 5th of August, but Daimler took out the full payment on Saturday! All the notes are on the account, but they refuse to help us. This was once a great company, but no more.

So Mercedes Benz is going through a financial crisis. They just had to let go everyone they've hired in the last 6 months to a year. Might not be the best place to do business with or apply for a job for any time soon!

Very bad customer service and Kinda scam , trying to rip you off with many different fees that were hidden on the lease after returning the car at the end of the Lease. will never lease with them again or recommend to anyone and will aware people before they thinking of getting a Mercedez. they charged me 595$ plus 15$ plus other fees they were trying to take when you return the fee and telling me that they are willing to waive it if i decided to lease another car thru them!!!!

Customer service is NONE Existent with this company! HORRIBLE to have the unfortunate experience of dealing with the incompetence of them. They will leave you on hold for extremely long periods of time,then say they will call back...and DO NOT! They had the nerve to penalize me for making my payment too close together! WAY TO GO MBFS... put the screws to a good customer that pays you early every month ??? AWEFUL PEOPLE !

OMG!!! Talk about totally inept. I cannot believe how bad my phone call requesting help just ended. I HAD to share it. So, I am in Germany for a year and plan to use the European Delivery program to receive my new purchase. When I return to the US I will register the vehicle in my home state. I call in to investigate financing with MBFS because when you attempt to apply for a loan online for a 2020 model, only two models are currently listed. I need to apply for a loan for a different model. The representative checks and sees the error on the website too. She tells me I have to go to a dealer and apply that way. I explain, again, that I am in Germany for a year. I ask her if I can go to a German dealer and apply. She says, "Yes." I ask, "Are you sure, because Germany has completely different finance regulations, etc?" She checks with someone else and comes back with another little "gotcha". She proceeds to tell me that I cannot leave the United States with a vehicle financed by MBFS unless I get some kind of letter. I cannot get the letter until after I obtain a loan. She cannot provide any details on either the rule or the letter, and nothing exists on the website. So, I guess no Americans living outside the US can leverage MBFS to purchase a new MB? I am still not sure, but I am sure I am not going to use MBFS!! What a clown show; need training on these topics and how to handle customers outside the US, fix the fricken' website for God's sake, try to get your reps to at least care a little bit about giving your potential customers accurate information!

And who is she to state being unprofessional when you send the same email over 4 times and state it's my fault when the infom I gave you 4 times was the same and you beg to differ. The worst financial services that I ever had to deal with, something that you would expect from anyone else but Mercedes. Don't expect quick response to resolve your issues. If I could give negative rating, Mercedes Financial Services would definitely get it.

If your thinking about leasing from MBF think again.

They charged me 1421.00 for a lease return that was
returned with 10.000 miles under lease contract and in amazing condition, garage kept no dings and dents.
They claimed it had a scratch on the bumper and the tires needed to be replaced.
They can not be trusted period, they also lost a customer for life. Love their cars but hate their greed.

Looks like they have no people for leasing transfer. It's completely useless, non efficient and the slowest service ever. You would expect better for from Mercedes but make no mistake, they are terrible.

Totally antiquated service. Noticed recurring payments were being taken from my account that I never set up. When I asked for the payments to be reversed, they offered me a paper check that would take 7-10 days. Their customer service team is completely useless and can not answer any of your questions. Do not get a loan through MBFS. You will regret it as much as I do.

Was told a refund check had been processed and sent out to my address on a certain date. The first person couldn t tell me a range of when that would be. Kept checking the mail the next week. Allowed 5 business days to pass. Called them back told them hadn t been received yet and asked again how long it would take. This guy answered 7-10 days. I m assuming business days which is weird I mail something it gets there 3 days max. 10 business days passed no check. Called them again, apparently they gave me the wrong date is was mailed. It didn t get mailed out until a week after they originally said. Now still waiting. If only they would be this accommodating for people who paid late. They expect your payment on time but can t give your money back in a timely manner not a great experience when you kind of count on that for life.

Worst experience EVER. The problem begins when it is time for you to turn in your lease. They find things to charge you for, because they are upset that you are turning the car in. After getting several cars from them and re-leasing, we had a BIG problem, the one time we decided not to get another lease. BUYER BEWARE.

If I could give 0 stars; I would because thats what MBFS "Customer Service," or lack there of, deserves. I'd like to start off by stating that their is NO, customer loyalty nor appreciation when it comes to this companies financial institution (MBFS). If and when you have ANYTHING, to dispute regarding your account; regardless of how small or large, customer service WILL, give you the run around for MONTHS, at a time. They will also have you spending countless hours of your day explaining your situation(s) too both agents and/or supervisors, but NEVER, has a resolution EVER, surfaced for me with this brands customer service department. Agents can LITERALLY, do NOTHING, for you; therefore even speaking to them is a COMPLETE and utter WASTE, of your time. However, supervisors; will RELENTLESSLY, FIGHT, you throughout the ENTIRE, duration of your phone call because it appears as though Mercedes Benz DOESN'T, want nor condone ANY, form of customer resolution. Customers will almost ALWAYS, never be able to speak with a supervisor upon initially calling in and will ALWAYS; be placed on a call back list that ranges from 20mins-2 DAYS!? Now, HOW and WHY; would that be the case if their customer service department was/were handling all of their affairs both promptly and professionally..? Because they're NOT! For the amount of money a Mercedes Benz client pays on a monthly basis on their car payment (if applied) and not too mention car insurance; you would NATURALLY, both expect and want the "Best or nothing," when it comes too their customer service department as well and NOT, only their BOTH; overrated and overpriced product. Needless to say; I am 100% UNSATISFIED, with Mercedes Benz and MBFS as a WHOLE and MBFS is PREDOMINANTLY, to BLAME. I intend of removing myself from behind the wheel of my 2017 C63s AMG ASAP because of their lack of overall commitment to satisfying clients wants/needs; REGARDLESS, of their severity and what it could BOTH, presently affect and into the future. NO, amount of PROOF, nor documentation is honored to remove you from ANY, UNFAVORABLE, position with this companies financial institution (MBFS). On a final note; SPARE, yourselves BOTH, the money and time and REFRAIN, from giving this company your TIME or MONEY because business should be EARNED and NOT, expected.

I don't really like the efficiency of mb fin service. It took more than 3 days to get a permission from them so that I can replace the plate for my leasing car. I don't understand how this simple paper work would need so much time.
