If I could give 0 stars; I would because thats what MBFS "Customer Service," or lack there of, deserves. I'd like to start off by stating that their is NO, customer loyalty nor appreciation when it comes to this companies financial institution (MBFS). If and when you have ANYTHING, to dispute regarding your account; regardless of how small or large, customer service WILL, give you the run around for MONTHS, at a time. They will also have you spending countless hours of your day explaining your situation(s) too both agents and/or supervisors, but NEVER, has a resolution EVER, surfaced for me with this brands customer service department. Agents can LITERALLY, do NOTHING, for you; therefore even speaking to them is a COMPLETE and utter WASTE, of your time. However, supervisors; will RELENTLESSLY, FIGHT, you throughout the ENTIRE, duration of your phone call because it appears as though Mercedes Benz DOESN'T, want nor condone ANY, form of customer resolution. Customers will almost ALWAYS, never be able to speak with a supervisor upon initially calling in and will ALWAYS; be placed on a call back list that ranges from 20mins-2 DAYS!? Now, HOW and WHY; would that be the case if their customer service department was/were handling all of their affairs both promptly and professionally..? Because they're NOT! For the amount of money a Mercedes Benz client pays on a monthly basis on their car payment (if applied) and not too mention car insurance; you would NATURALLY, both expect and want the "Best or nothing," when it comes too their customer service department as well and NOT, only their BOTH; overrated and overpriced product. Needless to say; I am 100% UNSATISFIED, with Mercedes Benz and MBFS as a WHOLE and MBFS is PREDOMINANTLY, to BLAME. I intend of removing myself from behind the wheel of my 2017 C63s AMG ASAP because of their lack of overall commitment to satisfying clients wants/needs; REGARDLESS, of their severity and what it could BOTH, presently affect and into the future. NO, amount of PROOF, nor documentation is honored to remove you from ANY, UNFAVORABLE, position with this companies financial institution (MBFS). On a final note; SPARE, yourselves BOTH, the money and time and REFRAIN, from giving this company your TIME or MONEY because business should be EARNED and NOT, expected.
