I had a technician at my house who was not clear on how much the job would cost or if he could do the job. He gave me a price. Of $900 and that he was getting the part. He then said the part was going to be $1100 because the part he quoted was not available. He then showed up and spent about a half of hour removing the old toilet and installing the new one. After he was done he handed me a bill for $1300 and said it was because the toilet was higher than the original toilet but when they were in the hallway togeather they were exactly the samehight. After he left two weeks later we had a bad smell coming from our bathroom and our hallway. Another technician showed up and said the toilet was not installed properly. They had me replace a peace of plywood twice because they said that was the problem. The truth of the story is both technicians used tha wrong toilet ring and finally installed the proper one, however it left a damaged floor in my hallway and foyer. I showed both technicians before they left and had them note it on there paper work and after contacting I still haven t had any response or resolution on what s going to be done with my floor.
