I worked with Debbi for the remodeling of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was a pleasure. I was given plenty of undivided attention and lots of great ideas. I was even able to stay within my budget!
I've recommended D&N to friends and family, should they need this type of service.
I purchased kitchen cabinets and $5K worth of counter tops. The counter tops were cut and installed incorrectly. D&N has offered me $500 to accept the counters as is. I ve been chasing down owner since June and have gotten zero satisfaction towards resolution. Stay away from D&N.
We recently went for an estimate and that was the worst experience ever. The guy started asking us very intimate questions and me and my wife then he started scrutinizing the design we had in mind which was unprofessional. To top all that his estimate was thousands more that others form the same brand of cabinets, I would stay away from this place.
D&N recently installed a complete new kitchen for me including flooring cabinets, counter top, lighting, plumbing, back splash, window and door. It was a great experience. From Renee in the design center, Ray who did all the hard work, the subs, and the owners Nancy and Dan, all were a pleasure to work with. The project was on budget, on time and the finished project is beautiful. Very professional and quality work.I would highly recommend these guys and I will be using them again for my next project.
I don t see any reason to look elsewhere for a contractor!
Crew (Milo, Jose, Adrian): very nice, professional. Answered any questions I had. Good ideas, suggestions. Worked every weekday for 10 days, full days, broke for lunch only!
Sharon, designer: knowledgeable and helpful in selecting fixtures. Made a cool computer graphic of how the bathroom would look.
Dan, owner: very reassuring, knowledgeable, communicative, great sense-of-humor. He checked progress and made sure all was done perfectly.
Nancy, owner: all business and professional, which is a good thing.
Fixed anything I was not happy about:
a) vanity door/drawer fronts had ugly, natural discolorations. Door/fronts were replaced, b) magnet (that kept the medicine cabinet closed); backsplash; and ceiling vent cover were missing. All ordered and installed no hassles.
I will use D&N again and strongly recommend!

Have four projects under our belt with D&N. The workers are prompt & courteous. Their guys show up on time, which is very important to me. The crews always leave the house clean.
The projects we've had done ranged from complete home window replacement with quality Anderson replacement windows, a kitchen renovation including the floor, radiant heating and cabinet installation to painting and bath fixture replacements.
I find Dan and Nancy to be quick to reply to my inquires.
I recommend D&N highly.
We cannot say enough good things about D&N! From design conception through the finished product, every single person was a pleasure to work with. Sharon helped us design the kitchen of our dreams. The crew - Dennis, Rodney and Nelson were on time every day and very professional. They truly were artists bringing our vision to life. Dan and Nancy were very responsive to questions and changes. They were constantly checking in to make sure we were happy with the work being done. The best part was that they finished the job on time and within budget! Do not hesitate to hire them to do your next renovation job! They were awesome!
Very good, quality work. Came when they said they would, did a great job, and quite possibly left the place cleaner than when they arrived! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Owners of D+N Kitchen are really nice but.. Their designer at the time was supposed to complete some paperwork for me and after multiple attempts getting him to complete what he said he would and following up with owners to get him to do what he said he would, never heard from him or them, and finally gave up. Lack of professionalism - wouldn't work with them again.
When we wanted to upgrade our kitchen and bathrooms on a budget, Dan and Nancy were able to help us get exactly what we wanted. More importantly, however, the work was done professionally and ON TIME!! We were told by everyone to expect overruns on time and money and D&N delivered on both promises by making sure we stayed within our budget and started and finished on time. They even made sure to schedule our job when we could be away to minimize the stress of having no kitchen with two little kids. Everything has turned out beautifully and even when there were little things I noticed, Dan and Nancy were always right on top of making sure everything was perfect upon completion. I can't say enough about how pleasant it was to work with them. No headaches, just a great new kitchen and two wonderfully updated baths!
I have really, no words to describe the experience with D and N. We remodeled a kitchen with this caring and professional company and could not be happier. They are EXACTLY what their motto and mission statement says - caring, careful, considerate, talented. From working design angles with Debbie to details with Dan and Nancy, we had the best experience. When you plan to remodel something ONE time only, it s scary but this amazing team took all the guesswork out of any question we could have had. They anticipated our concerns. They took incredible care of us. There is zero reason to look elsewhere for a team to trust. I appreciate the unwritten rule of get three estimates and then go the middle of the road philosophy but I assure you, you will not regret simply giving them a call and starting your project. Which PS, the nightmare stories you hear about the final bill being a bazillion dollars more and the timeline extended well beyond belief- well, neither happened. We finished exactly when expected and the bill was exactly what they estimated. Amazing experience. This is my 2nd time ever reviewing anything, anywhere.
From the very beginning it has been great working with D&N on our bathroom projects. They were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns (and I always have a lot of questions!), the project started & ended on time as promised, their staff (George & his helpers; the electrician; the plumber etc) arrived on time and were professional and clean. Dan, Nancy and the entire staff (Sharon who helped us pick out tiles, vanity etc has the patience of a saint as we we were quite indecisive) are top-notch and we love our bathrooms! Thank you!
D&N did a fantastic job of capturing the exact look we were going for. Everyone working on our house was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. We were also very happy with the quick and thoughtful responses by Dan and Nancy to all of our questions and concerns. Debbie did a superb job on designing our kitchen just the way we wanted it. We couldn't be happier with our open concept kitchen and love entertaining in it.
We were so happy with the work D&N did on our half-bathroom that we had then totally rehab our full bath. We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out, better than we ever could have imagined. The workers were great and cleaned up everything when they were finished at the end of the day. I give them the highest recommendation.
D&N did an amazing job on my kitchen. My house is old and crooked, and I was concerned about integrating the new kitchen into the old house both practically and stylistically. Debbi helped me design something so beautiful and modern while taking into account the style of the home. The result looks like something that always should have been there. She was very knowledgeable about the proper spacing of the island/doors/appliances to create good flow.
Rodney was our carpenter and was so conscientious about his work and was respectful of our home. He made sure that all the pieces integrated with our existing architecture- even down to perfectly scribing the pantry cabinets to line up with the rough stone fireplace.
Dan was great and wanted to make sure we were totally happy with our kitchen before we finished the project. Bonus- my dog was in love with him and is sad the kitchen is finished so he won't be around any more.
Highly recommend D&N, the whole process was very good and we will be using them again when we are ready to do the bathrooms.
