We are fully renovating our master bathroom. Patrycja Jelen aka PJ, has been incredibly helpful through out the entire process. She has gone above and beyond in working with us to find the shower and sink hardware that was going to fit our needs. She s taken the time to quote multiple different shower systems, followed up with us about any questions we may have, and emailed us PowerPoints to help explain the different functionalities of each system to make sure we fully understood each choice.

Banner Plumbing Supply has an enormous showroom to view a variety of excellent products and allow your imagination to run wild with possibilities. They have a great selection with excellent pricing.

While Banner is a great place to go for plumbing hardware, the difference maker was PJ. She is an expert and true professional. I highly recommend working with her.

We definitely will be a returning customer for our second bathroom renovation.

I went in to order a small part for my bathroom from a brand they carry. I got a feeling I was wasting their time. Customer service was not just rude but very condescending. I guess they only help customers who spend a lot of money there

What is with companies saying they are all about the customer, yet not so much. If I call in at 4:10pm to place an order and you close at 4:30pm, why is no one available to help. I get the girl answering the phone over and over and she keeps transferring me to the plumbing counter but it seems as though maybe the people at the plumbing counter only work until 4:00pm ? I guess when a company is making a ton of money they can afford to let the little stuff slide. Bad business and bad service ! Looks like it s time to spend some serious money on customer service training along with some moral building exercises. This mess is why I don t normally order from Banner.

It was my first time at Banner plumbing. The people there could not have been any nicer or any more helpful. I am undertaking a pretty extensive project at my house and my plumber sent me there with a list of stuff to purchase. Jason Veguilla was the sales person who took care of me. Just starting on a bathroom remodel. Walked in "cold" not knowing what to expect at Banner. Little overwhelming at first, but Brian stepped in and couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, patient, knowledgeable... Look forward to working with him.

The Banner team is incredible! I renovated three bathrooms in my home all at the same time -- an overwhelming project, as you can imagine.
With the help of a very supportive designer, Patrycja Jelen, this project was not only manageable, but it ended up being an enjoyable experience. PJ is highly talented, she is knowledgeable, resourceful and able to pull everything together, suggesting different alternatives and products along the way. She was patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Sheldon Pike worked on my cabinet design, and he too was patient and attentive and able to pull a beautiful design together. Others that worked with me were Alexsa Jakiela and Penny Wennlund, both of which were courteous, accommodating and always a pleasure to deal with.
I will recommend the Banner team to everyone that sees my amazingly beautiful bathrooms or needs a renovation. I could never have done it without such a creative team.

Michelle Henderson was super helpful and had my best interest at heart. She showed me vanities and bath fixtures in my style, but found ways to get what I wanted while still being cost conscious. I highly recommend calling or emailing her first to make an appt as they have a lot of people coming through their showroom. Michelle was quick to get me my quotes and responded quickly to changes I wanted to make. And their showroom is set up with many vignettes so you can see what the sinks, cabinets and faucets look like together. Rather than a section for faucets and a section for cabinets, etc and then you have to picture the items all together. michelle@bannerplumbing.com

Gene Hara and Marcus Voltz thank you for standing behind the products you sell! We had a defective product and you came to the rescue! I had many weeks of frustration and getting absolutely no where with the manufacturer and within 2 hours after talking to Gene Hara I had no issues. Marcus handled my account and in no time we had things resolved. We are forever grateful and are very happy to have our masterbath up and running very soon.
