3 Seasons Lawn & Landscape

Well I would take a picture just came through here with weed whip it doesn't even look like he did anything this company sucks we have dealt with them three or four times already holiday travel park

We live in Crescent Forest and have been using 3 Seasons for many years for lawn cutting and feeding. Our lawn looks excellent. We recently had a problem with some damage caused by the mowers. They repaired the damage quickly and made it look better than new. We are very happy with their service.

The people working there are lazy and inconsiderate they make a mess and don't clean up

Damaged my property with their weedwhackers on two occasions. I let the first time slide (happened on 5/4/20), despite hundreds of dollars in damage to a vehicle of mine, but today (5/20/20) more damage occured. If they make things right, I will change this review.

Absolutely careless and unprofessional in their lawn service. I would fire them if I could.

While very friendly on the phone it's really frustrating that their office address is 5 minutes from my house but they don't "have a route" here.

They come "as needed" but are not living up to that claim as my grass has been over grown for weeks, and edge lines are non-existent. I called the company to discuss the matter and they told me someone would be out asap, but they showed up several days later. When they decide to show up, a quick/sloppy pass over the entirety of the lawn is not what I'd expect, but what I received. Long strands of grass are poking out *all over yard* after the mow has been completed. Similar carelessness occurs with the weed whacking and edging. Weeds and taller grass around the perimeter of the house are almost always forgotten, and edge lines are barely cutting through the soil, (looks like they are just weed whacking it instead of edging)making the lawn, as a whole, look less attractive. Professional in the office, perhaps, but lacking such quality out on the field.

I had called about setting up a quote for work that needed to be done to my yard. I was told someone would be out Monday, I called Monday when no one showed up and was told someone would be out the following week, and yet again... No one showed. I went with another company who actually made an appointment with me and got right to work. Very unprofessional.

I addressed a concern and the owner promptly took action. Good news to the dripline!

Very unprofessional. I hired this company because they promised to do a lot more that what they really do. $267.00 per month and I got no show , no call to let me know when they are coming, I have to call and ask every week, same with trimming and edging, they ran over one of my plants and broke 2 sprinklers heads not to mention the latest with the pest control service that, unbeknown to me has been spraying over my dogs toys ( I would pick them up if I knew they were coming). So now I have a dog whose LIVER VALUES are way up as a result to this company's lack of care.The lady at the office claims to know nothing and the owner never returns phone calls. I have taken pictures of my property which I will be using to make a you tube video so everyone can see how their homes will look if they hire this company.

This company is fantastic. Lena is wonderful and the crew that she sends out to mow our lawns is always super friendly and professional.

Today a tree crew came in and cut down 6 very overgrown and out of control Olenders. We then had Shaun & Spencer redo the landscaping behind our lanai (witch looked like a jungle). There are many up to this company. In my neighborhood they keep it clean, tight and edgy. What I frown upon is their employees working out here in our neighborhood around children and adults with fowl mouths, drug you I even seen a driver of the company snorting stuff in the driver seat, Others gathering around smoking weed cigarettes like high school drop outs. Where is the professionalism in this.

I have worked with 3 Season's for over 10 years, both as a board member and a homeowner. The owner and his staff have always been responsive and aim to please. Whatever issues that were brought to their attention were resolved. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been using this Company for years to trim my Palm Trees, when it came time to trim some other trees I called. Shawn came out and gave me an estimate and explained everything that would need to be done. Within a week they were back to do the work. They were extremely professional and I would highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. The crews do a professional job providing lawn maintenance, shrub detail, lawn pest control & fertilization and trimming of my palm trees and oak trees. I highly recommend this company!

I wanted to get a quote to service my lawn (mowing and feeding) and service for my trees and shrubs. I placed my first call for a quote on Feb 20th Presidents day. I was told someone would call me to set an appointment. I called back on Mar. 1st to find out what happened, the lady I spoke to told me Jean or June took my call and she would take it up with the manager and get back to me. Today is Monday the 6th of March and the day I start to look for lawn service.

Moving from Ohio in 2006 it has been a struggle figuring out how to keep my lawn looking good down here, so I broke down hired 3 Seasons & my lawn has never looked so good!

I pastor a church in the Ridge Center mall. Four of their workers just rode through our parking lot on bicycles. One of them try to tear down one of our parking posts. When I asked where they worked they would not speak to me. They had shirts on from this company with the phone number. When I reported it, the individual told me she is not responsible for how they handle themselves outside of work. So basically they work for this company to take care of property and then destroy other people's property when they get off work.

I called this company to ask them to start taking care of my lawn. It took about a week to get a call back with a quote. When I did get the quote, and decided to have them take care of my lawn,I asked about some additional services that I needed. The lady told me she would find out the new cost and get back with me. I called them back a few days later and just asked that they please just atleast come and mow my lawn and we could add the extras later. I was then placed on the schedule for today. Feeling a little concerned that they may not show, I called yesterday to verify my appt. The lady who answered the phone said I was not on the schedule. She told me she would have the other lady call who scheduled me when she got back from lunch. I never got a call. I called today to make sure they were coming, and they are not. The lady told me that she was unaware of the lawn guys schedule and they were in my neighborhood yesterday. I would highly recommend that you NOT use this company. Save yourself the frustration of having to beg them to come and do your lawn. Now, I have a yard that needs to be mowed, with the holiday coming up, and looking for another lawn company. Thanks for nothing 3 Season's Lawn & Landscape.

They do good work but they don t call you back ! Not a good point of business
