I have spent 3 times in total in the last few months ... once a room, good atmosphere and good service .. twice in the showroom .. There does not seem to be any standard when it comes to service to the customer. The first time, a young lady is busy with me (little black haired and glasses). Very kind, she answered a few questions to finally invite me to come see her if I needed more information. I was just visiting the room to make me ideas '' Reno ''.
The SECOND time in the showroom ... nightmare ouffff. The advisor (the kind '' matante '' clearly lacked professionalism .. she did not put me in trust and seemed lost in its product codes .. it was laborious. first time .. I am going to buy elsewhere later I find it sad to see that a service can be as different from one advisor to another ... yet in an environment where we do business with the public .. you have to have some standards, some interpersonal skills, professionalism and others.
Is it too much to expect quality service from a place that once had such a good reputation?
