If you have the opportunity, do business directly with suppliers, or buy in department stores, at least there if there is a problem they do not scroll.
If you have to buy in this shop, a tip, do not pay your entire bill before you have received everything, and checked that everything was in order, piece by piece. The store obviously does not perform any quality control on the products received, and if there is a problem or if parts are missing, after some semblance of support on their part, you will have to take care of yourself the problem with the supplier is his fault after all! And be ready to give reminders, because the store carries out very little follow-up. And if you are looking for any compensation from the store, you can still run.
