Adjustable Surgical Bra with Removable Band I brought the adjustable surgical bra with removable band, but I wasted my money! The band was not working!

First of all, they don't let you measure, you have to bring it and measure it at home and they don't have what you're looking for

Horrible service! I received my garment yesterday and it was used. Has tiny tears and stains. I asked for a refund and was told to ship it back to them at my own expense. I asked for a shipping label since this is by no means my fault and received no resolution other than "as previously stated ship it back to us." Do not purchase anything from this gross company with crappy customer service.

The show room was beautiful and the staff made you feel extremely welcomeD. I m a plus sized black woman, and at no time did I feel out of place . Those ladies are extremely strong when it comes to helping you with your compression garment . I m nervous about putting my garment on tomorrow by myself, However I am confident things to the lady about help me I forgot her name I m sorry

When you try to change a girdle they take them back and who knows that they are grabbed in order not to change them, they take out pure nonsense, it is ridiculous if I am paying for something and they do not let me try it in the minimum store they should not put so many buts to change the aora a girdle that I do not like how you look at me and apart from the time of buying the did not worry or ask my size aora I have a girdle that is large and for a "spot" that was not there did not change it badly the deal of inexperienced women who can tell they don't even know what they mean

I can't say enough about the company and the brand. I have been using their products for a few years now. The quality speaks for it self. I started in an XL body slimmer about 3 yrs ago and I am down to a size small so YES it works!! The body slimmer's are incredibly comfortable and do not smell nor show under your clothes. My mom recently had surgery so I immediately bought her a shaper to help her stomach. I placed the order on line on Monday and received my item promptly on Wednesday now that's service!!

Great customer service very helpful, patient and nice.

I ve been ordering the same model 437 for a couple years. Within the last year it s been a very bad experience. The style has changed and the back does not have the same coverage so it makes your back fat just pop out . It is not the same as what they have on the pictures on the website. I have received the wrong style even after confirming with agent that is is the correct one. This has happened probably about 5x I have paid for overnight shipping and still incorrect one was sent after many tries and talking to agent Janet I received the right style. Reasons I was told one that the one I wanted was actually a new style and that the one they sent me was an old style which later was told the opposite.After receiving the last one and being told that I was going to receive the correct one and actually not receiving the correct one I called in and spoke with Janet again she then confirmed that the style I like is no longer in stock and is discontinued. The pictures are misleading since what they have is not actually what they sent. I have gave them many chances before writing a negative review even though I have received a bad experience many times. I have referred at least four friends and two of my sisters I will no longer refer anyone and express my concerns to my referrals.
